Crow Pest has been excellent. I'm not happy I needed a pest control service (who is) but I'm really glad I went with them. They were able to get an inspection same day and treatment a few days later. The tech Alfredo was really accommodating and answered all my questions and explained as he went along. They also kept COVID safe the whole time.

Robert and his team were professional, timely, and efficient. Robert came out to look at a rat issue in the planters on our garage deck. He quickly identified the problem, offered solutions and a speedy timeline, competitive pricing, and then stayed on to review the rest of our property and thoroughly inspect that our issues were limited to the deck. Robert was very quick to get back to me, sent someone out at no cost to conduct an estimate, gave me a great overview of our situation (mice in our condo) and did not pressure me to buy more than what i needed. After we agreed on the price and dates, he honored all transactions and the actual service calls to our condo units were quick, efficient and effective. I contacted Robert when I saw ants on my enclosed back porch. Due to covid and my having two immunosuppressed family members I was afraid to have anyone enter my home. Robert responded quickly to my request for service and was very respectful of my concerns about my family members. He and his assistant only went as far as my porch, per my request, and sprayed the perimeter of my house. They both wore masks, even outside, which I appreciated. He laid glue traps too. Robert is the man! He responded same day to my online quote request and was able to arrange a visit a few days later to address the silverfiish and ants in our basement. Showed up with a happy attitude, mask, gloves, and boot protectors, and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Robert was very professional and was able to schedule a time to come look at my drain fly problem within a day or two of me reaching out. He assessed the problem and listed out my options, then got right to work in cleaning up the source of the problem. This guy controlled my pests very good and did a very good job of controlling my pests. I no longer have a pest problem because my pests have been controlled thanks to Crow Pest Control Inc. They are the best at controlling bests and the very best at it as well. If the pestpocalypse was happening it wouldnt be happening because Crow Pest Control would have taken control of it because they control pests. I cannot say enough about Crow Pest Control because they do a good job at controlling pests and I would like to thank you guys for taking care of the pests that you control. I no longer have pests

Can't say enough great things about Robert, owner of Crow Pest Control. He was very professional and had good solutions and suggestions to help with the wasp problem on our roof deck. He went above and beyond, and didn't rush the job. The nest wasn't where we thought, so we had to call him back after the first spray. Pest control is one of the services you cross your fingers, and hope to never need but when you do, it helps to have places like Crow a phone call, or in this case, a yelp message away. I was closing some walls in my house after putting in new drywall, and I thought now would be a good time to pest proof the place before they get closed for good. I ended up using the yelp request a quote feature to request quotes from numerous places on a Tuesday night. By the morning, Crow responded. I have owned a building for some years now and had several issues with mice. When I called, they were responsive immediately.
