I was looking for a home inspector with a lot of experience in a wide range of areas to get general advice about my home and to test for asbestos-- John was perfect for the job. His detail-oriented approach and clear way of explaining things really helped me understand how to renovate my home safely and manage asbestos as well. Fortunately, the layer of ceiling texture I was sanding did not contain asbestos--thanks to John for testing this and getting my results back in only 3 days!

This company was recommended to me , we live in Westchester NY and we’re dependent on their professionalism and knowledge to do a thorough job since we were not able to be in Michigan, John did a great job with the inspection and report is an understatement ! I like John. He spent a solid 3.5 hours there, he did a thorough inspection of everything and seems to take pride in his job which I loved to see. I'm a 1st time home buyer. John was on time and went right to work. Explained everything from start to finish. He Inspected the entire home from roof , attic down to the basement. Answered all and any questions I could think of and showed me how things work in the home. And sent me and my realtor a detailed report right after. He was affordable, on time, professional and RESPECTFUL. I recommend him for all inspections!
