We are a full service home inspection team that has been performing home and commercial inspections since 2004. In addition to ten years of inspecting we have several years of experience in environmental consulting including lead and mold assessment and abatement.

A home inspection is a non-invasive process where all of the systems within a home are tested and operated to verify proper operation and installation. Doors and windows are operated, roofing materials inspected, air-conditioning and heating systems checked. The Inspector will fill the sinks and tubs, run the showers, and flush the toilets.

Chris was very flexible both for my situation and schedule - he was able to inspect the property at the time and day that I needed, and was friendly and personable, too.
He arrived 30 mins. early and ended up having to go above and beyond for me, as the place that I wanted couldn't be accessed. The inspection ended up taking a long time, and it was in 90 degree weather, but he was still pretty upbeat and helpful. His attitude remained friendly and agreeable even though I know our situation was probably frustrating!
Chris was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I would definitely recommend
