We’ve been living at The Wellington for almost two years and we’re happy to be here. It’s a great place to live, we have nice and quiet neighbors.
The Management…Tara, Ashly and Keith are the Best! Always there to assist with any questions or concerns… Also the maintenance team is absolutely doing a very good job! We really do appreciate their service.
One thing we would love to have changed is to have a mail room in the South Building so all packages won’t be strewn all over in the lobby floor.
Great place to live!!:)

Sincerely I must give kudos to the staff and management of Bozzuto properties, Wellington to be precised. I've been living here since 2019. The community is always kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance guys are on top of their game. The management staff are friendly and are professionals. The community is close to everything you can think of, it's just the perfect place to live either as a single person or family.

I never had any problems, people from the leasing office is always good, the times I needed some small maintenance everything worked just fine. My only concern is parking, like, you have to pay for parking but if you get home late at night there’s no available spots. Otherwise I would totally recommend it !

My experience at the Wellington has been extremely satisfactory. Management has always been very friendly and receptive to the needs of its residents. Also, the maintenance department is professional and efficient in addressing any issues that may arise. For many years this has been a very pleasant community to reside in.

Phenomenal if you like being showed an apartment and building completely different from the one available, the washers and dryers (not in unit) that often don't work or won't accept payment, weird heat lamp bulbs in your bathroom instead of vents, constant construction, amenities in worse condition than a super 8 motel, and paying for zero guarantee of parking and being towed at your own expense because there's no available spots or street parking (I suppose you might be able to find a big enough gap if you have a smart car). Not to mention frequently being told various parking areas

The reason we have chosen an apartment here is absolutely incredible office workers. We visited 11 other offices, and Ashlen from the Wellington office was (and still is) the best we met. She easily won our hearts within 10 mins interacting in an amicable manner and because she is honest and sincere. Additionally, if you have a pet, you find no better place within 15 miles of Washington. Proven on ourselves!

Please read. Do not live in this apartment complex. I have had nothing but problems. There is not enough parking spaces for all the tenants; my car was towed twice, at my own expense (and I paid for monthly parking). There was mold in my apartment. I had a dust mite infestation. You'd think thats not a big problem until they are falling on your bed from the ceiling, and walking on your clean dishes. The office didn't care, and neither did the management company when I went to the regional manager. I tried to move apartments and they were in another building I looked at in that complex

Update: I'm officially breaking my lease and moving out. It's worth paying the 2x rent in fees. It's been 100 degrees every day this week and my tiny air conditioner doesn't work to cool my apartment. Its boiling hot and humid!! I have to use multiple fans to even bear it and sleep with a fire extinguisher under my bed to make sure the place doesn't burn down when I sleep.

Apartment hunting can be so incredibly stressful and at times exhausting. Thankfully, I was recommended to the Wellington by my bestie. She's been living here for almost a year and loves it!
With spacious closets, hardwood floors, clean buildings, beautiful landscaping, and immense natural lighting what's not to love? It's convenient located in the heart of Arlington so close to everything!

Think long and hard before signing a lease here. I really wanted to love it. Be prepared to deal with management/leasing that is difficult to reach, gross laundry rooms with roaches, hallways with roaches, communal washers and dryers that do not work, rats surrounding the property, lost and disorganized packages in the lobby, zero guest parking spots, people stealing from the garage, and so, so much more.
The building will also claim that they are a smoke-free property but this is not properly dealt with. I can't even have my window open because SO many smokers stand directly outside my window

This property completely fails at the job of facilitating package delivery to its residents. It is a constant source of frustration, and means that I cannot order any items online (including prescription medication) with confidence.
The package lockers in each buildings lobbies are virtually unused - delivery services dump packages on the floor (where they are often stolen) and nothing is done about it. When packages do make it there, the lockers are often malfunctioning (meaning anything inside them can't be accessed).
For the holidays, they began to funnel all packages to the north building

Do not move here, the management staff will treat you like a number instead of a person. If you live here you will live under poor maintenance conditions, this is not the maintenance crew's fault, it is Bozzuto. You will pay fees for package concierge when there is no system to make sure your packages are safe, so if a package is lost, they are not responsible. You will have to pay for parking when there are rarely parking spots available, and there has been construction so be careful, I have had to replace 3 tires over the last year. I lived here for 6 years and loved this place when the

I just moved into 'The Wellington' a few weeks ago from Texas. As you could imagine; moving across country and finding the right spot without being able to physically see the place before was difficult to say the least.
I worked with William in the leasing office and he worked with me from start to finish. It was great to work with/speak with the same person throughout the whole process as I didn't have to constantly repeat myself or explain the details of my move. William followed up/updated me constantly but not overbearingly. Best experience with a leasing agent I've ever

Our first rental experience in Northern Virginia and 2 months in, there's some minor issues here and there but the experience with Bozzuto and The Wellington has been good. Our leasing agent Keith deserves a special 5 star shout out and is one of the primary reason The Wellington gets 4 stars versus 3. He was always there to walk us through any questions in the process and till this day , remembers us and greets us by name and still helps us out with any concerns we have. Thanks Keith! Location is prime. 10 min from the hustle of downtown DC. Our apartment is partially renovated , our kitchen

This is generally a good place to live, very convenient location and good enough amenities. The price is pretty fair for the area and the apartments are a decent size. BUT - Unfortunately, it is very loud. I've lived here a year and a half and there has been construction going on the entire time. 7AM-4PM six days a week. There is also a lot of noise in the hallways from the people who work here, from maintenance people to those who are moving trash. A lot of families with young children and pets. If you are looking for a quiet place to live, this is NOT the place. There is a lot of turnover

Tl:dr - The Wellington still has our security deposit money 3 months later and has not issued a check for us that we can deposit.
My roommate and I lived here for 3 years. We dealt with all the live construction that would start early in the morning, the removal of certain community amenities, loss of parking spaces, yearly rent increases that were above average for the area, and several other nitpicky issues. But the last straw has now been this security deposit issue.
When my roommate and I left in August, I was moving to a different county and he was moving to a different state. So we asked

Things have gotten so much worse when Felicia took over as Assistant Manager. No one answers the phone or replies to emails but they have time to waste sending spam an leaving stupid notices on people's doors.
Recently, they started harassing me about money they claim I owe. I think it's time to update my review of Wellington after living here for 2 years. I notified the office that I'll be extending my lease for another 1 year and I've done that about a month ago and still haven't heard from them...it never takes this long so I don't know what the hold up is.
There are a couple things I want to address in this updated review because MANY things have changed.
1. They changed the management and they didn't even let the residents know that we have new property managers....at least an email courtesy would've been great and not just

I would NOT recommend renting in this apartment complex. I moved here in December 2017. The first two weeks were great. I went away for the holiday and when I returned someone had stolen the wreath off of my door. When I went to report it to management their response was there is nothing that we can do about it.
Fast forward, construction starts a few months later. Meaning that they are taking away parking spots. There were only like maybe 400-500 spots to begin with. And those parking spots were shared between the three buildings. If you didn't reserve a parking spot you were not guaranteed

After 5 years of living here, I am finally bowing out. This will be my final review for the Wellington. I will not update after this.
OVERALL: I have enjoyed the once quiet diverse community to what is now a construction site. In addition to the construction site, they will be converting 105 units into affordable housing. I have nothing against this, I simply do not desire to live in a community where I know I'm paying more money for the same type of apartment as my next door neighbor. The Wellington already is a B community. They're trying to make it an A community, but with the current

I'm a resident of two and half years. This morning I was towed from my own lot do to lack of parking spaces stemming from the construction that's been going on. Not to mention the wide open gates that be tempt many non tenant vehicles for an overnight stay. (Here's a hint: tow them.)
The front desk could care less on this inconvenience and went on to let me know that this issue/parking construction will go on for the next THREE YEARS... so beware new residents.
It's a fact that once you sign your lease problems rise sporadically and then the management team takes your concerns
