Services
Bigg Bites Catering Services was Inspired and founded by an amazing chef name Quanie Blackwell, and co-owner Darnell Williamson. Quanie gained her love for cooking at a young age while working alongside her father who also had a catering business that was very successful throughout the Metro Detroit area.
Our platters are great for buffets. Enjoy this menu along with just about any event. We provide platters just in time for each season to ensure quality and taste for guests to enjoy. On-site cooking provides style and entertainment for your event. Your guest receives the joy of experienced chefs at your event to cook and prepare foods right before them.

I saw the truck on 8 Mile and Gratiot. So I thought I would stop and support and I hear that the food is fantastic. However the turnaround time to wait for your food is absolutely ridiculous. I have been here now for over 30 minutes and people have been here before I got here for an hour or more. So aside from the food being delicious please please properly staff these trucks with people who are efficient and know how to get food out to the customers without havinge to wait such a long time. Five stars for the owner who is a young black woman!!!

I had Bigg Bites Catering for my wedding and they did an amazing job! I had so many of my guests tell me how delicious the food was. They were professional from start to finish. They even went the extra mile and helped cut the wedding cake after my now husband and I cut the first slice. It truly took some stress off my shoulders. They also provide vegan options which was super important to me to offer to guests with diet restrictions. Thank you so much Bigg Bites Catering. You truly made our day so special!
