Showed up to event with no propane. Then had to run to store to get some and once they returned told us it would be another 30 minutes because they had to prep again. Completely unprepared.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Hero or Villian! I hired them for multiple private events from May through October. The customer service from start to finish was top notch. Coordinating the… events was extremely easy thanks to Darren’s prompt email responses. Christian, Neil, Nicole and Rose were so great to work with all season. They always showed up on time for the events, and set up/tear down was quick between stops. The food was delicious and prepared in a timely fashion. We used the Hero or Villain Van for a recent road rally we put on in our subdivision. We were blown away! They had great communication, were easy to work with, reasonably priced and best of all their sandwiches and waffle fries are top notch delicious!! Thank you for helping to make the night a success!! So so yummy! I had the wolverine and loaded waffle fries. Would have been perfect with a few more fries and a little more topping! My husband had the Thor sandwich and waffle fries. We BOTH are fans now!!

Our office supplied lunch and had the Hero or Villain food truck on site. I’d have to say this is by far my favorite and best food truck I’ve experienced. The Thor sandwich is awesome!! A++ guys!

Hero or Villain hosted a great neighborhood visit for us last night. They were complimented by several of our neighbors. Food was delicious, they were prompt, friendly, and most of all brought us some fabulous food!

We had Hero Or Villain cater for our backyard pandemic wedding on 10/10/2020, and they were absolutely amazing! The pricing was totally worth it, the communication prior to the event put my mind at ease, and… the food was delicious. The entire night, our guests were saying how this was the best food they had ever had a wedding, and were asking how we found the food truck. They even let our photographer take a few photos of us in the truck after guests were done eating!

These guys were hired to cater a wedding reception held outside in my neighborhood last night. They arrived in their food truck and I asked for a Mega Man BLT. It was without question the best BLT I've ever eaten and it was just bacon, tomato, mayonnaise on an incredible grilled sourdough bread. It came with waffle fries that were also very good. I'm going to try to find out what kind of bread they used, but it was one of those things. Sometimes you order something completely ordinary and you're blown away by it. Contracted services for a drive by high school graduation party this weekend which turned out to be a great idea since we lost power just before the party began. Besides that the service and food were awesome! I have no complaints what so ever. My favorite sandwich is the Captain Planet(Yummy). Waffle fries were delicious (grease was not old so there was no greasy taste) Again, I am so pleased as were my guest who are still requesting their info. 😀 Keep up the good work guys.

We had Hero or Villain cater a graduation party at our home yesterday to feed 150 people. Everything greatly exceeded our expectations and I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The scheduling of the event was easy and the sandwich options available were perfect to satisfy every guest, even the picky eaters.
The truck arrived early and set up quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating to specific requests. Best of all, the food was prepared quickly and the wait time was minimal. The food was fresh and delicious and the guests raved about their sandwiches. The whole experience was great

My fiancé and I went to The Grand Opening at Legacy 925 in Oxford, MI. Hero or Villain was one of the food trucks here and the food was amazing! The truck has been to my work previously but I never had a chance to try it. We ordered the Captain Planet (Vegetarian), Deathstroke (Philly), and the Bowcaster fries.
