We can also create custom menus based on your favorite foods or delicacies; from gourmet meals and ethnic cuisines to gluten-free and vegetarian options, Culinary Associates offers catering menus that satisfy diverse tastes.
Hot chicken, beef, turkey, pork, or salmon served with a tremendous variety of side options that pack a punch and will delight your guests' taste buds. Additional entres are $6.95 per guest. Choice of two: roasted sweet-potato wedges, flashed-fried redskins tossed in garlic & herbs, yukon german potato salad, potato tots, grilled vegetable salad, savoy cabbage slaw.

I was in the store, struggling with a cart FULL of stuff which ended up spilling to the ground. Frankie with Culinary Associates was so helpful and even assisted me while I checked out and helped put things in my car. I can only imagine the service that is provided by Culinary Associates when it is pertaining to their business! Culinary Associates was an excellent choice for my recent staff appreciation. The culinary staff was very professional and enthusiastic in regards to being on time, set up, and presentation of my menu choice. The infusion choices that Chef Brooks incorporates in some of the dishes were amazing. I will definitely be using their services again in the near future. Pricing, Staff, and most importantly the food was all GREAT!!!

Culinary Associates and Chef Brooks did a very large catering job for our compan; Detroit Thermal Systems located in Romulus MI. We have close to 600 employees and they didn't miss a beat! They accomodated 3 shifts of employees and served them a wonderful holiday meal. Our employees were so grateful for the wonderful meal and hospitality. We truly appreciate the professionalism and hard work that your staff put into making the holiday meal a complete success.
