The new menu was quite delightful, from the pan seared filet to the pear crumble my entire meal was high class. Big thumbs up to Executive Chef Payton and the rest of the kitchen staff. Be sure to stop in at the 1899 Bourbon and cigar bar Michael has entertained me night after night with an excellent selection of top shelf drinks and knows how to make something new out of experience.

The receptionist was so welcoming her name was Amber.She had a smiling face and when we told her we couldn’t find the room she took us to our room.She was so friendly and wanted to know whether we had places to visit if not she was to help us out.The rooms were very clean .I was there the beginning of November and will be back in summer!!

Girls weekend stay at the Regalia for the Big and Rich concert The, which was amazing!!! The staff was very friendly and personable from the front desk check in (unfortunately I did not get her name) to the bartenders and servers at the hippopotamus pool, and Roger who was security, we were made to feel very welcome. We met a lot of great people at the concert and would love to go back some time!!!! 5 stars for the Regalia!

Very disappointed - not at all like the photo's and the customer service was severely lacking. Rooms were not cleaned - not stocked with anything essential.
This place feels so run down - it's like "lipstick on a pig".... We were SO excited to stay here - but severely disappointed in our whole stay. They are doing concerts by the pool - which would be great, if they didn't close the pool for HOURS so they could get ready for it. So, the pools closed, restaurants closed - they don't do room service.
We stayed 2 nights, found out they don't do room cleaning or give fresh towels unless you "ask

Our room was clean and spacious. The pool was great. The hotel was pretty dirty and tacky. It doesn’t take much to clean the glass on the doors and pick up trash. After checking in we found out there was a concert one of the nights during our stay, which was ok, but Very poor planning on the hotels behalf. We did not attend the concert and went out for dinner and did not have anywhere to park when we returned and we were told there was nothing they could do. Paying close to $700 for two nights you’d think we could at least have a safe place to park our vehicle. There was puke next to our vehicle

Wow blown away by the complete lack of hospitality and customer service at this “hotel”.
At check in we were given keys to a room. The first room had Doritos all over the carpet. The phone in the room didn’t work, so we walked back to the front desk and were given keys to a different room.
In the second room, the sink has blood in it, and the toilet had a bowl full of urine. No manager was onsite, and there was no point in complaining to the teenager manning the front desk, so we requested another room.

The Regalia Hotel was simply amazing !!! Our time spent there was that of leisure. The staff was very accommodating, kind, polite and generous. The rooms were very comfortable, big, and thoroughly cleaned by an excellent housekeeping staff. With a mix of the best entertainment, great food and even a beautiful Fireworks display to end the evening. I must say I will return 100%. This place is at the top of the class. Good job Regalia and thank you again.
