This is the 3rd year we have attended a conference held at this resort and NEVER AGAIN. The indoor pool was closed for "construction ". However we arrived early in the day on a Friday and there was no one working. Why would you do work on the indoor pool in the winter when the outdoor pool is closed. NO ONE in the entire hotel had any hot… water all weekend. The showers were ice cold. The restaurant was closed. The ice machines were all out of order. I called the desk for ice and they did bring some, but they brought me a commercial sized bag of ice, around 7 lbs. We did not get our rooms

Horrible experience this weekend. Bathtub with no faucet, no tv, no hot water, moved twice, never had hot water. Staff friendly apologetic, but issues out of staff scope. Would not recommend to anyone. Had to beg for discount of any kind and did receive discount, but not enough to make up for total inconvenience during stay. Food delivered late to conference and ran out of food multiple times during meal.

We are here for a week stay for work. We arrived to find the hotel a huge disappointment The place is run down, the outside pool is green, the inside pool area is at least 80 degrees, to warm to enjoy. That whole level is hot as @$!#.
The WiFi is to weak to reach our room, the restaurant wasn't even opened this evening and the staff's level of helpfulness is hit and miss. If your coming to the Lake of the Ozarks I'd stay some where else
