Our stay was horrid ! The old man at the front desk stated that he was not going to charge us for pet fee he said "I'm illiterate and dont want to do the paperwork". Almost an hour before checkout the owner was suspiciously lurking around our room seen me half dressed due to us in and out packing our car . The room was disgusting the bathroom door was off the hinges. The beds were horrible our backs are killing!! us. Upon us leaving and going to office to return keys the owner has two Receipt in hand charging for room and pets. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! No where on weB site does it say there is a pet

I booked a reservation through Expedia for Ozarks inn and Suites. Somehow Expedia also booked me here for the same night. Someone from Eldon called, I EXPLAINED I was already booked, AND had che ked in to the other hotel. He informs me that he will cancel. THEN, sneaky guy charged my card for a full night AFTER telling me he will cancel due to Expedia screw up!! Would NEVER recommend and if I could give them MINUS 5, I would for being sneaky and lying to me. Now disputing the charge with my credit card company!!!! Not cool!!!!!

AWFUL! Coming from out of state, a relative showed me where this place was. The front desk guy has a problem with women and told me himself and only wanted to speak with my male relative. Clearly was not sober. Asked me the same questions at least 5 times and 5 times I answered. Ripped up my form and threatened to beat up my relative upon defending me. My relative was embarrassed and upset. DO NOT GO HERE!

Planned to stay for only a few days while we were waiting for our house to close but our couple of days turned into a loooong week. We ended up staying here and for about $46 a night, we had a safe, warm room with a queen bed, fridge and microwave.
It ain't fancy, but it's clean and the family that owns it all pitch in together to make it work. Important to me is the fact that the beds are very comfortable, better than other more expensive places we've stayed. The water pressure is good and the hot water is plentiful. The Wi-Fi is FREE and strong.

My boyfriend and I stayed here when we took a weekend trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. I was skeptical about it being decent at the time because of how cheap it was, but we were on a budget and most of the reviews were good, so we gave it a shot. I'm glad we did. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. Plus it was fairly close to the lake, which allowed us to enjoy the lake, while not having to deal with all the tourists and traffic that come with it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone headed down that way.
