Our specialty dishes include Orange Chicken, Lemon Chicken and Spicy Squid Filets. Sweet and Sour Chicken is the most popular lunch entree with Hunan Shrimp as the most popular dinner entree. Owner Andy Yang was classically trained in the art of Chinese cuisine and has over 25 years of experience. Chef Andy and his wife Jennie moved to Surprise from Long Beach, California where they had their restaurants in Redondo Beach and later in Long Beach.

Chef Andy was trained in China as a Chinese Gourmet Chef and has devoted more than 25 years in perfecting his skills. Their Surprise restaurant is decorated beautifully with modern Chinese furnishing specially made for them in China. Those who have dined at the Golden Wei Restaurant have experienced some of best Chinese food in this area.

They have the BEST Hot And Sour soup in Arizona!! I have always liked the food and the service!! I am craving Hot And Sour Soup so I hope the door is fixed soon!! 😋😋😋

Good food,, but good luck trying to order. Cause they don't know how to answer a phone. Literally tried several times, and several days. It's like if you want food from there you have to go there. They will not answer a phone to take an order..

My family and I dine here often and the food never fails to please us. the customer service is amazing all the workers are so so kind and the food comes quickly! such an amazing family friendly restaurant! I definitely recommend trying the egg drop soup!

We live out here on the west end of Bell Rd.
The Golden Wei is our Go To Spot for great food, the Chicken Lo Mien is fantastic. If you’re in the mood for the best food make the Golden Wei your go to spot. Super fast service and they really appreciate their customers.

Food was good. I’ve never had egg fu young like that but still good. The fried rice seemed kind of small for the price. But besides that everything else was good. The staff was super friendly.

I tried two other Chinese places before coming here and was not pleased. Then I tried Golden Wei. Once I took my first bite I knew right then this is what I have been looking for. Real Chinese food. It is so good and freshly made! I come here often and alway's have great service and leave with a full belly.
