Laura likes to call and harass but when confronted acts like a dog with its tail between its legs. All i asked was my ceiling that was leaking water due to my upstairs neighbors ac unit be fixed. They too had said they called her for help and received none. But you bet we didnt get the deposit back for "damages" if it had been fixed and treated as a water emergency instead of WEEKS later there would be no damage. The floor was warped and smelled like mold. Before I moved in she had mentioned my apartment was one with "newer floors" after that disaster I see why they need to replace so much. She

I lived there for a year and it was fantastic. great manager and staff. the apartment was very clean when i moved in. and very few maintenence problems the entire time i lived there. anytime i called with a problem they were there within the hour to fix the problem. and they were friendly and professional and always cleaned up after themselves. i would highly recommend this place!

These people talk to you like YOU’RE the problem. from May to September the hot water has been out more than it works. I work at a hospital and when I’m done I need to wash off, but it never works! An a double whammy, I have new babies and they require working utilities. The view is gorgeous but only when you’re lucky enough to have the park as your view, BUT THATS IT. They are mean and nasty people who don’t care about you or the basic necessities needed.

If I could give this apartment complex no stars I would. My kids father came to visit our kids after 7 and they towed his truck away. We went to the office asking the managers of the complex for help and when he walked out he literally only said the letters bs. I went up to the office hoping she would understand that we could not afford to get the car out and he helps me with the kids and I use the truck for work. I tried to tell her it will never happen again and she stated that she COULDNT DO ANYTHING TO HELP. We then went to go pick the truck up at the RP towing and Megan the girl that works

I dont really know this place but my mom lives here and she seems content with it when she first moved here the upstairs neighbors smoked cigarettes inside and we would be able to smell it through the vents when we complained she just told us to get a air purifier which i thought was bs because she only moved here because she had little money how do you expect us to buy something thats like 150-200 dollars but anyways time went on and our dish washer broke and the water from one sink leaks into it and makes water drip out of it the fire place has really bad design smoke comes out of the side i

I moved here in September and I really enjoy living here the office staff is friendly and nice Laura the apartment manager is always helpful and friendly every time I see her all the staff that works around for the grounds and cleaning apartments to be rented are very nice and friendly I haven’t had any problems with any of the other tenets it’s very quiet and I would recommend this place to anyone interested and I feel very safe here I am an elderly woman and I feel safe and welcomed .
