Since starting Trusted View in late 2004, the business has grown and become a reliable resource for home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals in Chicago and the surrounding area. Also, I am currently a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Code Council. Most people contact me with the intent of finding out what is wrong or broken in a home.
While I do want to find any areas of concern, I approach inspections more as providing an education. I work with clients not just to show them what needs to be fixed but also to help them understand how a home works; how it lives and breathes. I welcome you to look through the website but most importantly, I encourage you to call or email me directly.

Services
As the owner of Trusted View, I take great pride in performing Thorough, Honest, and Experienced inspections, thereby working to be THE name in home inspection. Unlike many inspectors, Trusted View is my full time occupation and is the result of a wide range of experience and dedication to my craft.

We would HIGHLY recommend Jim's services for anyone looking to purchase a home (as he was recommended to us). His insight was extremely valuable, he did an incredibly thorough job, is easy to communicate with, and is priced very afforable for the quality you're receiving. The way he does inspections, you'd think he's a family member with a concern for your future in this home.
At a base level, you'd expect an inspector to give you a heads up on any major concerns that should be brought up to the seller. Jim not only does that, but he gives you a very detailed report, with pictures, explaining
