Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. John Mounger, who is a licensed, experienced Bushnell veterinarian. In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. 1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, discover, and American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
We require reservations be made prior to any drop off of an animal boarding with us. Please call at any time during office hours to check our schedule, there is always a possibility of a cancellation. Sorry, we do not keep a waiting list when we are fully booked. 2. Our doors are open at 8:00am for drop off of your pets, we close at 5:00 pm weekdays and 12:00 pm on Saturday.

The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. I called with an emergency for my dog asking to come in and the lady told me they were overbooked. I went to ask her if she could tell me a different place I could go and she hung up on me. I called back several times and she would put me on hold and then hang up on me again. I just needed to get my dog seen by someone as soon as possible and they could care less to help me.

We are always pleased with the friendliness and the care Bushnell Animal Clinic has for our pug. They take care of our blind and deaf pug when we are out of town and have to board him. They kept him for a week, bathed him, updated his shots (all at our request) and even gave him eye drops for his dry eyes. We board him here almost every year, excluding 2020.

Dr. Mounger and the staff at Bushnell Animal Clinic are knowledgeable, caring, professionals. Dr. Mounger has been my vet for more than 25 years. He has always given my animals thoughtful accurate diagnosis and reasonable courses of treatment. He is honest, straightforward, and dependable. He has tended to my many dogs, cats, and horses through the years and has always been fair and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dr. Mounger and the staff at Bushnell Animal Clinic.

What a great place to take your pet. The Bushnell Animal Clinic does not look like much on the outside, but wow, what a great experience on the inside. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. You can tell they actually love what they do and whom they work with. They have all the latest in technology and do a fantastic job caring for your pet. I highly recommend them!

Dr Mounger is amazing. My family has gone to him since 2004. I would not go to him if you expect him to candy coat anything or kiss your butt telling you what you want to hear. He says it like he sees it. He has saved more than one of my animals and rescues, one he even prepared me that she had a small chance of making it. But he went the extra… mile, didn’t give up, and She did make it. We named her angel. He doesn’t give up, doesn’t order unnecessary tests, and charges a fair price.
