A successful distance runner in High School and College, Rob was drawn to the sport of triathlon as a way of diversifying his high-mileage running regimen. Not long after signing up for his first race, he found the perfect outlet for fitness, friendship, camaraderie and competition with the sport of triathlon.
EFC coaches use the proven principles of Periodization training and specificity to develop your aerobic base, increase your lactate threshold, Vo2max, and strength. Your goals are assessed, your limiting factors are addressed, and a plan is created to bring you to your peak fitness for your most important races.
The EFC Gold Level is an expansive coaching program you can choose for exceptional training and racing results. As with all EFC coaching plans, this plan is 100% personalized for each athlete.
