In 2016, I was restless. I loved investing in my teams at Target and bringing joy to our guests' day through our interactions with them and their family, but something was missing. I grew up loving sports and playing them all. Basketball was my first love, replaced later by football, which I played through college.
STRENGTH is designed to help you get stronger over time through strength training. We'll teach you how to execute movements efficiently to keep you safe and to build muscle over time. This is a low impact session that won't include running, jumping, or explosive movements. All members are encouraged to take a minimum of two STRENGTH sessions each week.
During times of stress and panic, cultivating physical strength and inner calm is vital to your health. Now is not the time to succumb to unhealthy habits. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym. I have never thought of myself as someone who would be going to the gym as much as I do now. After I had my son I had a hard time losing weight. I knew I had to go somewhere where they would show how me how to work out because there was no way I would be able to go a gym myself and know where to start. All the trainers have been super helpful with helping me reach my goals and even check in with you every few months to make sure you’re still on track. This gym isn’t you’re typical just go and run on a treadmill gym. Everyday is a different

I absolutely love the community vibes here at the Vault. All of the coaches have a great personality and each brings their own areas of expertise. I love that I can just show up and don't have to think about what exercises I'm going to be doing - they are all planned out for you with the class style workout which I love. The nutrition program is also a huge value to help me understand what habits I have that are affecting my health and how to make small changes that will benefit me in the long run. I definitely recommend you check out the Vault if you're interested in changing your habits to achieve

I was looking for a good HIIT / cross-training class in the Toledo area, and Vault more than delivered. The space is incredible — it’s an old post office, and they make great and creative use of different parts of it. The other attendees were warm and friendly, the atmosphere is collegial, the trainers are smart and encouraging, and the workouts are hard and fun.

My experience at Vault Health & Fitness has been great since day one. A very strong community vibe with lots of encouragement. The Coaches are very knowledgeable and create unique workouts that get/keep you fit and are fun at the same time! I have a low vision condition that has kept me out of gyms and made me hesitant to try Vault. People have gone out of there way to assist me in getting in 100% and have had zero issues. My wife and I have two young children and with the childcare provided are able to challenge/ workout together. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions We have made

Is it possible to be in love with a gym? Well, I am most definitely with Vault and the trainers. It has been an amazing experience thus far. I already feel and see the changes. The atmosphere and trainers couldn’t be any better or more positive. Everyone has been so friendly and inviting and that includes other members. The workouts are tough and always changing. They keep it fun at the same time. If you are looking for a new gym it’s definitely got to be Vault.

As a new member, all the coaches have been very welcoming and introducing themselves, as well as other members. I like that they are there to help you have the correct form and encouraging you during workouts. I really appreciate the 90 day check in to look at the progress and stats. That’s very helpful moving forward. I would definitely recommend Vault!!
