Services
The Admissions Committee meets on the 1st Monday and 3rd Monday of the month. Your application should be given to the Property Manager two weeks prior to the Committee meeting. Decision process can take up to 4 weeks. Before you sign your listing agreement with your Realtor and hold your first open house, make sure the Realtor receives a copy of the current Kings Wood Owners Corp House Rules and is familiar with its contents.
All maintenance issues should be called into the Kings Wood office at 631-269-6424. Please leave your name, phone # and apartment # and the property manager will return your phone call. All maintenance issues which are deemed a Shareholder responsibility in accordance with the Kings Wood Proprietary Lease (Page 12) will be billed to the Shareholder at a minimum of one hour at $60 per hour plus materials.
We ask that you pay patronage to these contractors and vendors as they help support this website. Please refer to your House Rules, Section 2.00 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND/OR CHANGES TO INTERIORS OF APARTMENTS and follow instructions by submitting the "Apartment Renovations" Form to the Property Manager prior to starting work.
