If you plan on renting here make sure you see the actual apartment first. Don't go by pictures or models. Recently rented an apartment (the Executive) and kitchen is disgusting. Appliances that look like they are from the 1980's in a horrid almond color, the cabinets are OLD and not in the best of shape. The stove and refrigerator is also SMALL much smaller than expected. The bedroom is laughable. How they expect you to put anything bigger than a twin size bed in the room is laughable. The only place to put anything bigger than a twin bed would block the air conditioner. What genius decide that

As a resident here at Colony Park, you should be ashamed of yourselves! My AC has been busted for over a week. I've left numerous messages! I'm disabled, I had an outpatient procedure on Friday, I'm bedridden. How disgusting to allow this treatment of a disabled resident of your community!
Oh, and I'm tired of being stalked and harassed by the law breaking lunatic in 131B. If he threatens me AGAIN, I'm holding the complex responsible, because I've alerted the office for almost a year about it. The SCPD can't do anything because it's all been verbal. Thanks.

Love the clean, and well kept appearance of the complex. The lawn is always taken care of, and the flowers, amazing!!! The gym is always clean and ready to be used. During winter the snow is removed and during the summer the pool and the pool area are always looking brand new. Thank you to the maintenance team!!!

I do not live in this apartment complex but my cousin does and I am a frequent visitor. Every time that I have come there over the last year the snow is always cleared and I have a parking space available in the parking lot. When I am there in the spring and summer the grounds are always kept in excellent condition. The guard at the gate always recognizes me and waves me in with a smile and knows me by name! It's such an amazing community and there are always families playing with their children on the playground and taking their kids for bike rides in the neighborhood. It seems like such an amazing
