There's no surprise in learning that your credit score is a very important factor in determining your home loan qualification. The credit score minimums vary from program to program and one thing all programs have in common, a better credit score gives you a better rate and higher likelihood to be approved.
Score = the number expressed to assign a value to your credit quality. Ranges between 300-850. Report = the information reported to the 3 credit bureaus used to determine your credit score. You can receive a credit report without receiving a credit score. FICO, Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, etc, are all different sources to obtain your credit score.

Rob was essential in getting our refi done. Towards the end of the process, there were delays due to appraisals and last minute documentation requests from escrow. Even though none of these were Rob's responsibility, he stayed on the parties to make sure everything got completed in a timely manner and the refi was funded. I definitely recommend working with Rob!

Rob and his team are awesome. They’re always there to answer any questions (and I had a lot). Getting approved for the house was an easy process and we closed ahead of schedule. Extremely knowledgeable about the process and the ins and outs of mortgages and was always helping us compare different types of loans to help us determine what was the best decision. I just purchased my first home, I got pre-qualified through Rob and 2 other lenders, but it was very obvious Rob was the best choice.
