The opulent homes within the Villages of Citrus Hills are available as both traditional single-family homes and detached villas. The detached villas differ from single-family homes only in that they offer the advantage of being maintenance free. This difference is reflected in the monthly Homeowners Association (HOA) fees for each type of home.

Michele is really an amazing agent! She is always responsive and gets back to you right away. In fact, our lender even commented on how responsive and nice she was in responding to their questions and requests. Michele was extremely patient with us and gave great feedback while we were looking for a home and selling our home. We had a situation where the bladder in our water pump tank burst and water was all over our garage in the house we were selling. Michele immediately offered her squeegee and assistance with getting the water out. We felt extremely confident in her knowledge of the market
