I am moving out of a rental due to leaving the state for family reasons. I helped advertise the posting on my own time to find a new tenant. Landlord is refusing to let me know when I will receive my security deposit back and has now threatened me with a felony for assisting with advertising the rental so I wouldn’t have to continue to pay on the lease .

This is the company that allows their listing agents to list homes at prices they will never accept in order to get more phone calls on properties they list...I recently placed a full asking price on a property with absolutely no conditions only to be told 24 hours later that they had offers on the home for $40K over asking price!!! Underpricing homes to start bidding wars may not be illegal but it’s definitely unethical and despicable! I don’t care how much I like a house, if there’s a ERA Suncoast Realty sign on the lawn...I won’t even look at it never mind wasting my time putting in

I searched on line for the top 10 realtors in my area. There were several realtors responded right away. Lynn Harris also responded and her message to me stood out above the rest. I felt, “This is the one”. She spoke up front and honest and that means a lot to me. I worked with Mirian Metcalf during the purchase of my home at Deer Park Cottages. My Dad and I celebrated our 1 year closing anniversary this past September (2019). Was dissapointed to have spent my Memorial Day Sunday to drive 2 hours (one way)to see a house that Jimmy Ledsome wanted a bidding war on. Who lists a house at half of what the owner really wants? I even called and asked the guy why the listing was so cheap. No heads up - no fair warning. He wouldn't even bother showing me today...I guess he was enjoying his weekend. Thanks for wasting my day Jimmy.

Worst realtor i've ever used. told me that if i asked more than $69,900.00 for my home that i wouldn't get any lookers. the house was sold in the multiples by another realtor in less than a week for $69,900.00. seven months later, the house was re-listed by the buyers, and sold for $79,900.00 with my paint still on the walls. era suncoast also assisted me with the purchase of my current home, so they got commissions on both ends of the deal ( 7% ) on the day of closing when i did the walk through, the house was loaded with old furniture, crap in the garage and all of the cabinets, and
