Sadly disappointed. Pushy... wanted me to lower my property $17,000 within a month to an offer that was submitted to me. I gave her my bottom $$$ price... that is $12,000 less than my bottom $ price.
I accepted one offer, $5,000 less than my asking price. I come home... text saying that buyers had dropped their offer lower than what I agreed to.
Wanted me to lower my price $5,000 within 30 days. Only showed my place 2 times. And then wanted me to lower it $5,000.
Took me to look at 2 places that were $50-$60 out of my price range. And she knew it. Huge homes... old appliances. Needed lots of
