As of recently any visitor parking has been “reassigned” to the apartment complex residents which would be fine except they have numerous spots that are not actually filled by residents. So why remove areas guests can park in if there are several open spots already designated for residents. Fill the spots first! Guests can’t park on the street without being towed unless they have a keyport parking permit and to get that you have to be a resident.
