My move in experience was quite seamless. I am pleased with everything so far especially my beautiful, renovated apartment. Sarah and Cynthia of the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. Any minor issues (maintenance-related) I had within the first week of moving in were resolved almost immediately! Sarah is very responsive by email and making sure everything is taken care of. This is my second apartment since living on my own, and I would recommend these apartments to others for sure. I love my giant balcony that overlooks the pool (I lucked out with that one!) Can’t wait for summer

In the past few months, I have needed a new kitchen sink, a new washing machine and a new lint cover on my dryer. The Maintenance Team at Aberdeen Station fixed all three issues either the same day or within 24 hours. The response was speedy and the technicians were friendly. Also the Leasing Office helped move the process along. I can't say enough about how helpful the whole Aberdeen Station team has been.

We just moved into the Apartments at Aberdeen Station on Saturday. I cannot say enough about Arianna in the office. She was so helpful throughout the entire process and not to mention, patient! I had been in contact for quite a while with her to find an apartment at the appropriate timing and she worked diligently with me and assisted me when needed. She always answered emails in a timely manner. We absolutely love our apartment and the community has been extremely friendly so far.

This is my fourth year living here and I absolutely love this place. Lovely apartments and the close proximity to the station, grocery, beaches and state parks is a big advantage. The management is very understanding and efficient. The maintenance team, especially Rob, is super helpful and has a quick response time. I’d definitely recommend to rent here if you are looking for renting an apartment.

They are doing great here and always nice for everyone, they are taking a good care of the apartments we live, the whole complex is always under control and the facilities here are looking fresh and good. I love it here, the past few months have been so much better
My neighbors are super sweet, the girl in the leasing office is so friendly and always smiling and helpful. The property is well kept. They just issued parking decals for all of us which is nice that they finally got parking under control.

I have lived here for years and it has gotten much better with the change of management. They have done a whole new parking system and fixed the gates as well. They have new maintenance staff and new staff in the office as well. Courtney, the new girl is great!!!! I love the renovations they are doing also!

I’ve been living here for a while now and saw a huge change in the management. Before parking was horrible and the concierge room was always a mess. I would wait weeks for a work order to get done. I don’t know what they did but now everything is so much better, the girl Adrianna at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and really listen and gets things done! Parking is finally under control and maintenance has improved dramatically I am happy I renewed my lease and recommend everyone come here!
