I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and received a confirmation email. The $128 was deducted from my checking account. A few days after the funeral, I noticed the money was credited back into my account. I didn’t receive an email or phone call stating they cancelled the order. I called to see what happened, there was no explication. I requested the manager call me, but that never happened. I would not recommend The Flower Pot.

I cannot say enough good things about this florist. I wanted to order a winter rose poinsetta for my mom. I was unable to find them at any florist. They were so kind and went to Stanley's nursery in town to purchase one and then deliver it to my mom for her birthday! They definitely went above and beyond what I what would expect.

Ordered several bouquets and a couple corsages from this florist. Beautiful arrangements, healthy flowers. Very personable and friendly women work the counter, but they are not overly chatty. They always have what I'm looking for and the arrangements are always prepared very quickly. I live nearby, so they are certainly my go to florist in South Knoxville. I've read a few reviews of poor experiences with them, but I have never had any so they must be relatively rare. They also sell some quaintly beautiful little hand-made cross pendants at the counter, I have bought a couple and they're very stylish

I received a mixed bouquet with roses, oriental lilies and other flowers. It was delivered on Monday morning a week ago. Today, seven whole days later, I had to throw out the roses but the remainder of the arrangement still looks fabulous. The lilies still have lots of fragrance, my favorite part! Thanks so much for delivering excellent flowers to me!
