I’ve had a great experience with Carriage Place so far. I toured a newly update apartment and immediately fell in love. The grounds were very well kept. Tracey Beam was amazing to work with and was very helpful and understanding when It came to the security deposit and allowed me to split my payments in half for better convenience. I’m excited to move in and join this little community.

Tracey is the best office manager! Stopped in randomly for a tour one day and fell in love with the place. (even came back for a second one) Tracey was super helpful and gave us an awesome tour! Great prices, a good size, and the dressing area in the master bedroom is incredible. Would definitely recommend stopping in!

This property is beautiful! I did a walk through in a 3 bedroom and it was very roomy and just gorgeous inside. The grounds are kept nice and clean. I love how it’s not right on the high way, and it’s back in a quiet secluded area. We would have absolutely picked this condo to stay in if it were located closer to my husband’s job. I would 100% refer anyone to this location. Also, Tracey, the property manger, was very respectful, honest and professional. It would have been a pleasure to be on her property.

I’m very much looking forward to becoming a resident at Carriage Place in April. Took a tour of the community and the condo and it is everything that myself and my wife were looking for. Beautiful grounds, updated appliances and very spacious living area with an abundant amount of closets. We are both looking forward to using the Peloton Bikes located in the fitness Center. I am so glad we found your community, and Tracey the property manager is very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend carriage Place to any of my friends families and coworkers.Such a great price for all

I went to Carriage Place Condominiums for a tour and met with Tracey who was super friendly and helpful. The unit that we toured was absolutely perfect with a lot of space and nice appliances. On top of that, it was very thoroughly cleaned. The grounds were also clean and beautiful. I'm very much hoping to make this place my next home and would definitely recommend checking it out.

I have lived here with my husband and my dog since August of 2016 and have mixed feelings about it. I think part of it is that I'm not cut out for apartment living. The smells that seep through the walls are gross and our neighbors are either very loud, or the buildings are just so old that there are no noise barriers. The layout of the 3br is nice, but be aware that the living room/dining/kitchen area is all heated and cooled by one vent at the very end of the line, so it is impossible to regulate the temperature. It’s very nice and quiet, upgraded appliances, and if you have a two bed two bath as I do the closet is amazing!!!! so much space. Since new management everything has become so much easier and understanding with service request and even now being able to pay rent online which is so helpful for me since I’m always out of town or have to work late. The only thing I can say I don’t like about it here is in the winter time the apartment is very drafty and the heat and cool unit constantly runs because it never really gets to a warm enough temperature in the front of the apartment however it’s
