I spoke with Alexandra and Gina on 12/29 regarding coming up from Montgomery to look at in-stock HR-Vs. Everything sounded like it would go smoothly and that Tameron would have to assess my vehicle before I could get a trade-in quote. I make the two hour drive up there to speak with Shaun as I was told by Gina that he would be working with me today 12/30. So.. where to begin? My girlfriend bought a used Jeep from Tameron about 3 months ago. She loved it. However, the Jeep did not love us. Not even 7 days off the lot, the Jeep just stopped working. Tameron came to the house to have it towed for repairs with a rental car for the meantime. After it was “fixed”, it was brought back to our house. Give it another week, and it stopped working again. to resolve the issue, my girlfriend was offered her money back or we could get another car on their lot and they would use the cost paid on the current Jeep that we had to cover the difference of whatever

The salesman, Greg, was the worst. He clearly did not want to help us. We sat down and tried to explain what we were looking for and our price range, $25K. He seemed more interested in telling us what we could not have instead of trying to help us find something we liked. He was rude, abrupt, and condescending and seemed to just want us gone. We ended up buying a car from a dealership in Florence.

Standard car salesman tactics. You're always best off if you can walk in the door with your own financing. If they finance it for you they're going to make more money from you. The salesman are wonderful it's the closing manager you have to be wary of and the warranty is double the price compared to credit Union financing warranties. I don't recommend the servicing department.

Went to look at cars that fit our budget (cash customers). One car that we specifically liked, but 22 total in the range we wanted.
Salesman asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told him the Pathfinder my wife wanted to look at. He responded that we didn't want that car because they had transmission issues (granted the dealership felt comfortable listing the car, but apparently his opinion was more important). We told him our price range. He showed us two cars. We asked about the specific car we drove to see (not the Pathfinder) and were told it "didn't pass inspection" even

I went in to get my civic serviced and left with a new CR-V! They offered me an amazing trade in value. I even went to a different Honda and when I told them what Keldrin at Tameron offered me, I quickly realized how good of a deal it was by their reaction. I went back and got it the same night! Would highly recommend buying a car from Keldrin, he is knowledgeable about the cars and their features, he makes the process easy to understand, and he wont waste your time. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very low stress experience. I will be happy to take my new car

The workers were very nice however they told me I had 4 major problems with my car. I am a college student so J got my car back home in Atlanta and where my parents took my car to 2 Honda mechanics where both said there were not any problems with my car except a tiny oil leak which this place said was extremely major. Tameron was telling me the problems would cost over $3,000 to fix when 2 other mechanics said it's a $50 fix max. Extremely concerning the workers here were trying to tell me I had 4 huge issues to get my money to fix things that didn't actually needed to be fixed.

Went recently to have my car serviced. Basic oil change and tire rotation. I asked to have a light replaced and my wipers changed as well. I received a call that I, of course, needed my air filter changed along with my transmission serviced. When I went to pick up my car, the service checklist had been completed saying that lights and wipers were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced. First, I made an appointment online, which is awesome because it gives a clearly projected wait time based on their schedule for that day.
When I arrived, I didn't even have to get out of my car. Jason, my representative for the day, came up to my window, asked me to fill out a form since I was a first-time visitor, and directed me to the nicest vehicle service waiting room I've ever seen.
The waiting room had bistro-style seating, a television, free coffee, donuts, snacks, and CHICK FIL A BREAKFAST!! I mean come

I have to update my review as the last several experiences I've had to have with tameron have been so much better than before. They truly have made some changes in how they respond to customers and handle service. I've had multiple service advisors go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied during a time where I was very panicked and not sure what was going on with my car. I'd highly recommend them. I have also not seen the employee anymore who was unhelpful and unprofessional when I've had problems in the past, so it's likely they have rebuilt their team. Great customer

Buyer beware . I just purchased a 2009 Chevy Traverse from here at the end of May. They provided paperwork on them changing the oil and servicing the transmission and the car sounded and drove great for a few days . We were told by 3 shops that the trans needed to be replaced due to mechanical failure. We had it replaced at over 4k. Now it makes a clatter noise at first start. Back to the mechanics and now we need a new timing kit. The car only has 127k miles on it. Were told the the car had trouble codes wiped from it before we purchased it that would have let us know about the trans issue.Will

That being said I have made a couple purchases from Tameron Honda and have been pleased both times. I feel that they take care of return customers and try to make sure they feel appreciated.
The few sales people I have had dealings with have been knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and were respectful of my requests. I haven't felt that they were ever too pushy and actually seem to go out of there way to not come across that way.
