Please do not buy any used car from this place for god sake. I just bought one car 5 days ago and had some issues from engine side. I contacted them for solutions and they said they sold me as is condition. That means they know the problems but don’t speaks out when they sell. BE CAREFUL. DONT BUY IT HERE. There are many car dealers that you can trust or buy from.
Update: 12/31/2021– I checked out my car with some other local dealer told me I have to replaced water pump and also engine. Given me an estimates of 3k-4k. Bought the car for 5k and now have to spend another 4k on it. Serra Kia

Bought a used Jeep from here less than a month ago and have had issues with it since. Can tell they didn't check it before putting it up for sale. If they did they would have noticed the radio and back up camera weren't hooked up ( turns out back up camera was broken) the lights were having electrical issues, and there was no dipstick for the transmission. Had to replace the thermastat week 2 of owning it and now at week 3 we are having to replace the torque converter. Be very cautious when buying a used vehicle from them.

How would you feel driving off the lot with a damaged vehicle that was sold as brand new? Three mins after signing the paperwork the deal was good until I get the keys to my car and did my final walk through to observe my new vehicle to find out at some point from leaving the truck to parking it out front my selected 2022 Telluride was damaged. There was a scratch, chips and scuffs all on the driver side. We were told we could file under our warranty even though the damage did not occur in our possession. The only solution offered was for me to file a claim under warranty let us repair it or cancel

We love our experience with Serra Gardendale Kia. They worked really hard to get us a great deal. Our salesman, Michael Gutherie was amazing and so helpful with us picking out a car for our 16 year old daughter. He knew that her safety was our top concern. We did have to wait a while for the car to be detailed but that was not Michael's fault. And, we noticed the car had spots all around it from the cleaner so it was not detailed properly. Other than that, we are extremely happy with using them and recommend it. Ask for Michael, you won't be disappointed. He was very entertaining and was so patient

Serra Kia made the process of buying my 2021 Telluride SX very seamless. My salesman, Joey Bibb was VERY knowledgeable and notified me immediately when a model was arriving that I was interested in... when we realized the top of the line model was actually in my price range, he and his manager worked hard to give me the best deal and I walked off of the lot with my Telluride that same night. Great customer service!! I really appreciate the COVID Safety precautions. Thanks for the hospitality of the free coffee, bottled water and popcorn. The popcorn was burnt smelling, but the coffee from the Kureg was good. I really appreciate the customer service from Joey, if I remember correctly. They said it would take 2 days to finish it and gave me a vehicle to drive. Although, I had just filled my tank up and the loaner had under half a tank of gas, but it was okay, as long as my baby gets fixed. Thanks for all your help!!! ☺

I have a 2016 Certified Preowned Kia K900. This car is supposed to be the flagship of the Kia lineup. Quick Details... Purchased Jan 25th 2019 from Bulldog Kia Athens Ga 15k miles currently (9/03/19) has 29K miles. Had a problem in June 2019 with Drivers power seat sliding back. Slid seat forward to clean rear (did not slide all the way forward). The seat would not slide back immediately. Attempted to slide back over course of 15 mins before seat would slide back allowing me to get in and drive (I am 6'7" Legit). Took care to GARDENDALE KIA to Service Writer Gary on Monday June 10Th

We went here to buy a car. Initially, we had a good experience with our salesperson, Sean, and a less than satisfactory experience with the Finance Manager, Kasey. I am not sure if Kasey is sexist or if his rudeness knows no boundaries, but his unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, to say the least. He was rude, talked over me rather than to me, tried to talk me in circles, and then eventually just lied to me. He lied about the financing and then lied to me about what I was signing. The car I traded in was not paid off in a timely manner and I was risking being reported to the credit bureau
