Finally I want to write my review after a long time wait for sample response back only to have a proof which is communicated by emailing and phone calls the reason was they said they used medium duty to towed my van Transit 250 from Alvista at the Bridge the emergency brake was on and it was on Park mode It was parked backwards I am pretty sure they hocked it up from front that's why after this my van emergency brake stoped working on the same day when they released it it was smelling like a burning pads also have struggling with transmission problem until now. Company was fine. My car got towed from my complex and this is the company my complex uses. The guy on the phone was very gruff and not particularly helpful when I was calling to figure out which location my car was at. When I picked up my car at the Newark location I was glad to see the guy there was not the same as the one on the phone and was much more helpful. It unfortunately cost me $500 to get my car out. The cost was $225 for the tow and $90 a day for storing. It was only there two nights so they must charge as soon as midnight hits. They had the car behind a locked gate with barbed wire

Very unprofessional service.
All Braun towed a vehicle off my grandmother's private property without her consent. When she called to speak with someone regarding the matter, the tow truck driver was rude and implied she was not the owner of the property. He refused to listen to her and took the word of another tenant who posed as the owner.
It's sad that this business is knowingly taking advantage of community members for their benefit. The vehicle owner was forced to pay nearly $500 to release their vehicle the day before Thanksgiving in the midst of a pandemic. Shame on the All Braun

They are so unprofessional and crooks. Insulted my daughter 16 year old daughter for making a small mistake of parking in the wrong parking space. Towed her car. Then insulted her when I called to get the car back. Rude and cruel. Asked to come early and pay but wanted to make it late so they can maximize charges at 11pm. Totally rude company.

Make sure to address your issue(s) to them and they may be willing to work with you. This is what I had to do in support of my relative. I took time out of my day to explain the matter of where the tow occurred because the area we live is complex.
Therefore it's hard to explain in detail and in writing about this matter and my involvement and the steps I took to come to a conclusion/solution with their team. So they verbally realized and confirmed they were wrong and I respect that part. However the stress and time taken out of a day is not

One word: Disgraceful. I say this as someone who seldom gives one star for anyone online - most people are trying their best and I can appreciate that this is a unpleasant situation for all involved.
But when the initial phone call is led with kindness only to have disgusting rudeness spat back, that sort of behavior needs to be called out.
Landlords and Cities who use this service: please disassociate from this business. As someone who has always been impressed with American customer service, this business' representatives are the lowest form of humanity imaginable.

Unknowledgable crooks who engage in predatory towing. Destroyed the central differential on my WRX, failed to use flatbed/rear dollies towing it nearly 3 miles. My car does not drive the same, and all happened cause somehow my lightweight plastic parking tag flew out and I never noticed. Not the first thing that pops into your head to check on your parking permits after a long day at work and literally a year of parking in the same place...

Terrible service . They towed my car from front of my house (I guess my Hoa has a tie up with these guys for towing peoples cars from the front of their house even if it's parked correctly )
I was waiting outside their office for a whole morning (inspite of making an appy for the pick up) . There was another gentleman waiting the whole morning with me . We had to repeatedly call the phone number and get false promises of when we could pick up our cars . I guess they just wanted to wait and make us pay more .

This tow company towed my car this past Saturday in a friend's apartment complex as I left my phone inside to drop my child off, when I came back in less than 8 minutes my car was completely gone. I parked in an area where I shouldn't have since there was no parking available for guests. I went down there to get my car within the hour the dispatcher was completely an a** and refused to give me their address they wanted more money over the weekend. They charged me for special equipment used which they provided pictures of a dolly that they never strapped since they pulled my car and damaged

Scammers. They have a board up-front in their office with a statement: if you need instructions to file a claim, please ask the staff. When we asked, they blatantly denied saying why would you file a claim. Who are they to decide? Else don't put up such a board. If you really are not wrong, why fear about the claim. These guys treat people like dirt when they are the scums. There was a line to get inside the lobby so we were standing outside just looking in to see if the car was in their lot. This guy with a beard and messed up hair came storming out started yelling, "don't mess with the gate, man!" First of all, you have cameras, you can go back to your hell hole of a place and review that no one is touching your POS place unless their car is towed. No point of even arguing, waste of breath. Get your car out and just leave.

Place isn't reliable for pick up. We went there THREE times after having made an "appointment". Guy on the phone was on something in the morning, slurry speech and openly arguing with us on the phone when we stated that we are outside the tow shop. Apparently they were there "5 seconds ago". This was hilarious as we weren't the only people waiting for a couple hours at their store.

One of our vehicles was towed on July 17th for not having a permit. Not disputing this as hubby forgot to hang it up. The vehicle was towed at approximately 9:30pm, July 17th, my husband works nights, he discovered the vehicle had been towed when he was leaving for work. I arranged for a 9am pick up on Sunday, July 18th. we arrived at 8:45am on the aforementioned date to pick up the vehicle, the office was closed, I called All Brauns and was informed that "someone would arrive shortly" someone finally showed up at approximately 9:20am. Upon reviewing the charges, we questioned the charge

Towed unauthorized from my appointments, called the tow company to find out why and K E the driver of the tow beast who towed my car yelled at me disrespected my person and tried to intimidate me telling me that I was being rude because I thought my car was stolen and found out I was towed from my own apartment complex while I have a visible parking pass present? Lowlife and scamming business out to rob people. No understanding whatsoever. As I was ACTIVELY unloading furniture into the apartment complex AND with the property manager’s awareness, I got towed for leaving the truck unattended for something under 2 minutes.
In a tight space with parking slots taken up or reserved by others, we were told to just be as quick as we could and use the free space in the lot so long as we didn’t actually PARK. Tow truck must have been desperate or spying on us to come in such a short span of 2 minutes and take the truck, with furniture in it away.

This company is a money grabbing scheme. My parents have been living at the same apartment complex for 4 years & our cars have never been towed. The parking spot my car was in its not assigned to anyone specifically & they drove it literally 2 minutes away & charged me 370 just to get it out. They told me if I needed my car the same night it was going to be 470 which is basically robbing people just to get their cars out. Disgusting. The guy who helped me was nice but he was trying to cover for them. Horrible experience.
