Excellent service. Quick response. Will recommend to family and friends! Requested a quote and received one very quick . My car broke down about 80 miles from my house. Sam's company was contacted by my insurance company (Traveler's) to complete the tow. Sam accepted but Traveler's, not long after, cancelled the service call. I waited 2.5 hours for Traveler's to finally re-approve All City Towing to complete the tow. Sam knew I had been waiting for a long time for a tow. Instead of waiting for one of his guys to finish up another tow and get to me, Sam grabbed a truck and came to me and my car and transport us back to my house. He was very friendly, helpful, sympathetic to my situation,

I had the best experience with Sam & All City Towing. My friend & I had car trouble after seeing a show in San Jose & and we called her insurance company to request a tow. Initially they asked Sam to assist us, but then cancelled on us & had us waiting two hours to try and find another company... they ended up sending Sam anyways. By the time they allowed this, it to was well after midnight. Sam called us & we let him know we had driven the car a bit & ended up in San Ramon. He had already begun to send a driver to San Jose, & because he quoted us 30 minutes, decided

Wow no one has reviewed this company. Let me be the first one and happily leaving 5 stars.
Short version. They showed up on time they promised for towing.
Long version. After waiting 3 hr for tow service to be arranged by "roadside assistance" from my insurance PROGRESSIVE for my broken down car, I decided to call AllCityTowing to tow my car. Sam gave me 45 min ETA and he did show up on time. Took roughly 10 min to load up and strap the car and we were on my way home.
On the other hand, little past 4hr mark from original time I called for "roadside assistance" I finally

They are a team of professionals and well trained personnel, I was very lucky I called them in the first place, the driver hocked my vehicle and tow it to my desired destination, I rode with him as well. The costs are very reasonable compare to other companies.

When ever you think you need a tow truck don't hesitate to call all city towing , why ? Because you will do above your expectation , they pretend as they do the service for their own car or family .
