I needed a tow truck to take my car to have a new clutch installed. The first company I called and made an appointment with messed up the date I needed it and I was left without a tow truck. They could care less. Yesterday, I called Bay Express and requested a 9 am appointment for today, 7-25-19 and said I needed to have my car at the shop by 10 am. I texted Sean and was told, sure no problem. He arrived today, on time and my car is now at the shop. I am so pleased. Easy-going, polite and PUNCTUAL!. I highly recommend Bay Express Towing.

Great fast service and cheap but i do not wish for my car to break again lol

Fast service, but they have different rates for long and short distance tows. I was quoted at $65 hookup plus $5/mile long distance (rate difference was not mentioned), but when I found a closer shop I wanted to go to it ended up being $120 total for short distance.

Now I can't say these people unlocked my car far better than the next guy, because the entire ordeal usually takes 5 minutes or less no matter who does it. BUT, they agreed to a flat rate before they came, charged 1/2 what some others quoted, showed up in minutes, and were very courteous. They have found a place in my cell phone contacts, and I am sure if I need tow service or a flat fixed, they will be the ones I call. Thanks Bay Express.

Fast and good service. One thing that I thought was bad is that they charge a $7 fee for using a credit card. Seems like they are basically taking advantage of stranded motorists who probably don't have enough cash or a check on them.

The driver who came to assist me was excellent, he did a great job. Fast response, professional work and the best rates in the bay area 24/7.

Me and my girlfriend took a trip up North and we were passing through Fremont when my transmission decided to give out. Considering i was not in my own town i had no idea who to call for help. I did a few searches online and found Bay Express Towing on Google & Yelp so i decided to give them a call, Not only was the price very fair but the driver was really awesome and took me to his friends shop to help with the repairs. I believe his name was Mr. Roshaan..Well in any case these guys totally took care of me like family and that was all i needed from them to know they were a great business.
