Tish has been in the Property Management field for 11+ years. She has experience in leasing, field work, and other administrative tasks. She also has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She assists our residents with their concerns, owns the delinquency process, and partners with our Property Managers on all field operations.
David has worked in real estate as owner/landlord, as Leasing Representative and Property Manager. He holds a BA from University of Louisville and is a graduate of Weikel Real Estate School. He is a member of Kentuckiana Real Estate Investors Association. Clay is a former US Marine Military Policeman.

In the event that we cannot rent your home in 30 days or less, we'll offer you two months of management for free. Otherwise, the first two months of management fees are on us. The home must be vacant - We can't rent a home that is occupied or not ready for a tenant to move in. We set the rental price - We have a set process for determining market value and do not guarantee days on market when listing above market rate.
We also post to Craigs List, Facebook Marketplace, GoSection8.com, place signs in yards, signs on apartment buildings, use banners as needed, and maintain a list of prospective tenants. We use Tenant Turner lead management software to provide instant responses to all tenant leads emails and phone calls.
Resident Screening requires a systematic approach in order to stay compliant. Choosing the "best" tenant may be a form of discrimination. Choosing a qualified tenant is the right approach. We have identified screening criteria to help accurately identify tenants who will treat your property right. In fact, we guarantee the tenant will stay for 12 months.
Gutters require cleaning, sealing, realigning, and inspecting gutter boards. It is an activity that most people pass on to the Single-Family Home Resident. However, the risk of damage is too high to be covered in a security deposit and servicing gutters is not an activity tenants know how to do properly and, in many cases, do not have the tools necessary to do it.
We have in-house Make-Ready Turn Crews ready on staff and ready to work. We start the vacant property make-ready process by providing a fully itemized fixed-price bid. When there is a change, we submit a change order. We staff 100+ inventory items on hand in our 2,500 sqft maintenance facility centrally located off Fern Valley Road.

Had an issue with the toilet got my service tooken care of the same day by Al. Al also painted my front door abd it looks nice and neat. I’ve called the office multiple times requesting to speak to my property manager since April of last year and never received a call back. After going to court with the roommates who lived in the property with me and receiving permission from a judge to move out of the premises and no longer having to take responsibility for the lease due to my safety and life being threatened within the home, I have found this leasing office to be less than cooperative, even with a court order clearing my name. At this point if the current tenant is evicted and an eviction goes on my record I will have no choice

This Property Management Company is quite possibly the worst I have ever had to deal with. They took over the building where I live in 2019, when they contacted me to resign a lease in february/March 2020 they raised the rent 30$ when I asked why they said they raise rent 3% yearly to cover cost of living and maintenence costs. That's fine only problem is they have done nothing to improve the building or grounds, absolutely nothing. They don't trim the hedges, the lawn service maybe comes twice a month. They say pest. Introduce is coming, never show up.

I gave this business 5 stars because I haven’t came across a mean nasty person yet. Everyone in the office is really nice. They are very understanding when it comes to hardship, if you just communicate with them. But I cant with this new leasing policy. I have only one income and it comes on the 3rd of every month. By the 2nd your rent is past due and that’s a $60 fee, then $5 a day until it gets paid. When I first signed with this new management I use to get filters monthly at the door, the guys would come in and do the pest control spray, fix the cracks and molding if need be. I haven’t

I had the BEST experience ever today with Al I just got surgery yesterday evening and he was so beyond helpful. He even helped me move my bed off the wall and back against is when he finished setting up my blinds because I am bedridden right now! Absolutely the best experience ever I cannot thank you guys enough! He was the best ever!!
