No matter when you have a problem that needs fixing right now, our maintenance team is here to help! Plots in the community garden are available to Forest Park residents on a first-come, first served basis. Request yours early! Our outdoor spaces include picnic and grilling spots to make any weekend relaxing and fun!

Dave is the Property Manager at Forest Park and he has been with us for 11 years. He really enjoys getting to know our residents and takes pride in providing a "Great" environment for our Residents. One of his goals is to be able to recognize all of our residents by name. Be sure and stop by to say Hello after you move in, so that he can get to know you, too.
Forest Park Nature Center and it's hiking trails are located right next door to Forest Park Apartments. You can even access the trails directly from our property. The Center and trails are open year round. Please note that pets are prohibited. Only.07 of 1% of Illinois remains as the first settlers found it.

I needed a place to stay for 9 months while I looked for a house in the area. I really liked the complex and the Place was clean, not too loud, and at a great price! Any time I had a Question Rebecca Was Super helpful and Really nice. I never had any Maintenance Issues. Would highly recommend this place

I have lived here for about 5 years total, two separate times. I will say this is the best place I've ever lived and is probably the only thing keeping me from buying a house. The location is perfect. It's like being on vacation all the time. Hiking trails right out the door, wildlife, and I love the park like setting. Maintenance and office staff are wonderful and very easy to interact with. Rent is extremely affordable considering the location and quality of the units. I lived at this apartment complex twice for a total of around 3-4 years. I can't say enough good things about it. The management was outstanding. Any maintenance problems were dealt with in a very timely manner. The location is beautiful with access to hiking and nature. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and respectful of my needs. If I ever move into the area again this will be one of the first places I look up.

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 6 years now. This was my first single girl apt out of college and now I live here with my husband. I have been very happy and well taken care of in all stages of my life. The grounds are beautiful, the staff & neighbors are great, and it's connected to hiking trails!

I have lived here for almost 5 years. I will be moving soon but ONLY because I'm moving out of town, closer to my family. I have lived in many apartments before Forest Park and none of them compare. FPA is a great location and their groundskeepers always ensure the yards and parking lot is in pristine condition. The maintenance men are phenomenal and very attentive! The girls in the office are extremely friendly and so helpful. They care about you as a person, not just a tenant. The property manager is very nice and responsive also. I give the staff of forest park apartments a 5+ star rating. They really are hard workers & very nice people. But I had a horrible living experience while I was there that I didn't even finish up my year long lease. Usually I dont make reviews unless it's a positive 5 star rating but I must share my experience because I wasted money living there,… was harrassed by neighbors, & my credit is ruined because they turned me into collections for a measly $130 even after taking ALL OF MY DEPOSIT. I don’t leave reviews often, but I feel the need to let people know how wonderful this complex was. Dave and the staff are some of the kindest in the business. Very polite and respectful. Maintenance is swift and concerns are taken care of right away. Apartments are bound to have issues, but I can assure you it’s just part of the renting experience and is often beyond someone’s immediate control. I would recommended this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Peoria.
