We stand behind our tenant screening process and are confident that we will approve quality tenants for your property. We guarantee that the tenant(s) we approve for your property will lease your home for their 12-month lease period, or we will lease the property again for free. An exception would be a federal military relocation under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
Each of our property managers is licensed, as required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. In an emergency, you can reach each of our property managers after normal business hours, if required. I have had the privilege to have them as my management company for 2 years while renting one of their properties. I have found the experience very enjoyable. They have always responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Repairs were done promptly. Their user friendly app made payments and repair request so simple and put my mind at rest. Tried reaching out to this business numerous times about a few different properties. Trying to be ahead of them game, I contacted them as soon as a property I was interested in was available. The date they put on their websites DONT necessarily match up to when you can move in. Their showing program is all online and doesn't show times you can view the home. I called every phone number on their website and the one on Zillow, and never heard anything back. I expected more responsiveness and transparency from this company.

Cornerstone staff are very responsive and easy to work with. We live in California and have Cornerstone of Colorado Springs manage our rental home. We work mostly with Robert and he has been a wonderful and trustworthy person to work with. We are very happy with the way Robert and his team have managed the home in the past 3 years. We don’t have to worry about any issues or maintenance that are needed because Robert takes care of it all, with outstanding communication and he’s very professional! Each member of this team has been highly professional and easy to work with. I completely trust them to manage my property and wish I could use them for another property in another state. I’ve been with Cornerstone for about 6 months. I’ve been managing my own properties for about 20 years. Managing my properties was taking up far too much of my time. I was doing the repairs and selecting renters.
Cornerstone got my property ready for lease in a couple of months. The property is now rented and earning money. I would still be working at getting it ready. It might have taken me a whole year.

I have been with cornerstone realty for almost 6 months now, and so far I have experienced nothing but great professionalism and customer service from them. Cornerstone responds very quickly to any little concern I have, and are very patient and understanding with their tenants. Any maintenance issue is fixed in no time. The maintenance guy is also very kind and flexible with your schedule. You can tell when landlords genuinely care about their tenants. Horrible company!! Don't waste your time. When you start coming home to welts on your dogs face and your room mates are stealing stuff from you on top of that, they will tell you it's fine and easy to simply get yourself off the lease so you don't live in an extremely uncomfortable & unsafe environment, what they don't mention until the time comes, is your portion of the security deposit and DOUBLE pet deposit gets sent back to those room mates. I am now out of over a thousand dollars for getting myself out of an unsafe situation while the crappy people get all that money

This company is terrible. I reached out to a property manager about a Zillow listing FIVE separate times and my realtor did as well. After not hearing anything, I called their main office because we were super interested in this propery wanted to see it. The receptionist was friendly and went over the minimum qualifications with me - leading me to believe it was still available. He said someone would contact me. NOT ONCE did the property manager get back to me within the whole week I was contacting them. Two days later, I see on Zillow that it was taken off the market. They had enough to time to

Stay away from this company (LOOK AT ALL THE DELETED AND NOT RECOMENDED REVIEWS HE WAS ABLE TO GET REMOVED BY CLAIMING THEY WERE FALSE) we paid our rent on time for the entire year and half. We had to leave due to my wife's health condition with her not acclimating to the elevation. While we moved out we had a company clean everything they wanted on the list and spent 800 dollars on a company to clean the whole house. But They said we have to use their vendors not anyone else almost like he gets a kick back from that. They wouldn't do an inspection while we were there before we left

I lived at 2585 e cache la poudre unit #2. I must give all potential renters the truth. It is overpriced considering crimes and druggies surround the area. We were also held accountable for ALL water usage, as tenants usually are; however that includes the washer and dryer that costs quarters even though you have to run the washer a few times for clean clothes. The dryer worked so seldom that we hung our clothes to dry instead. There was a homeless person with a key to the laundry room and there will be many people coming to your door to see if you want drugs.

While I didn't rent with this company, they treated me in a very fair, ethical manner when I filled out an application for an apartment. They seem like a very decent, and as mentioned, fair and ethical property management company, which is pretty rare these days, esp. in Colorado, since there is fierce competition here for any and all rentals.

Excellent property management team. My house has been a rental property for 4 years and it has not been unoccupied the whole time. Cornerstone is very quick to update me on any problems with the house. If work needs to be done, at least two estimates are accompanied with the recommended with the suggested repair. Cornerstone has made it possible to have a rental property and live outside the area. I give them my highest recommendation and will continue to use them as long as I have a rental properties in Colorado.
