The facility offers, among many other things: A variety of strength training equipment, cardio machines, free weights and much more. Body Tech has a variety of aerobic and conditioning classes including ZUMBA and SPIN! Several personal trainers can provide professional assistance to members who have specific goals.

Services
They are typically $35/month, however we encourage you to call in for ongoing specials and new members deals. You can pay per class for $15/class, but if you attend more than 3 per month it is cheaper to become a Body Tech member. A member may pay over the phone or drop in payment box (during staff hours), or request auto payment set up to avoid being 'locked out'.

Classes are fun and enjoyable, with great music selection and a variety of movements, which keep you pushing towards your goals!
