Here at World Property Management, our friendly, dependable, personalized approach to property management guarantees that our clients and residents receive our best possible customer service. Upfront, we work closely with our Clients to develop an understanding of your asset management plans for your property.
Most of your miscellaneous repairs would be completed by our in house maintenance team. We do work closely with and manage 3rd party vendors for large scale Electrical, Foundation and HVAC undertakings. We will obtain bids for maintenance and repairs that are not performed by Milwaukee Building Repair and Renovation and present them to the Owner for consideration.
Communication - Through surveys of various professions, including ours, we found this is by far the heaviest complaint from both owners and residents alike. Through our business software, resident surveys, maintenance request line, business portals for both Residents and Owners, we're developing a culture of listening.

Terrible experience took over 3 weeks with an application. Didn't communicate with me about what was going on. Just wasted my time I actually passed on a property to deal with them. Avoided having the conversation that they didn't want to rent to me. Really thought it was going to be a pleasant experience in the beginning. My time was wasted and they don't have the ability to express their thoughts just a fake situation highly disappointed.

I am a new tenant of World Property Management and the experience has been wonderful! The manager Joe is very professional, straightforward, follows through with agreements, and you can tell he really cares about his tenants. The office staff is very kind, efficient, and organized. Joe and the Team at World Property Management have been very good to work while I lived in California. They took care of everything and I never had a worry about my property. It rented quickly and they found highly qualified and good tenants. They the entire team is very professional and they took care to balance the needs of both customers (owner and tenant). Joe is great! It's the property owner that he works for need to take better care of their properties. The property manager could only do so much without the approval of the owner to maintain a clean and comfortable apartment building. I appreciate what he's done for me in putting me in a hotel until the heat and water tanks get fixed. Just wish Blakemore Properties would take care of my apartment building because this is my home.

I had World Property Management take care of my townhouse in Franklin WI. When I moved to Florida. Joe reassured me he would treat the property as his own. He kept his promise! They took care of every detail and kept me informed of everything. I left the property in Joe's hands and he proved to me that he is one honest and trustworthy man and will do you no wrong. After three years I made the hard decision to sell the property, but the hardest part was saying bye to Joe and World Property Management.
