I had been looking for a home for my teenage son and myself for over a year. Then I was recommended to Julie Lynch with Retter & Company. I still cannot believe the amount of help and compassion she had through the whole process. Was lied to which has cost me thousands of dollars. Purchased a home they were selling. Brand new built. Never owned. Was told the home came with a 2-10 warranty. (1 year manufacturer, 2 year systems, 10 year structural) … was a lie. The home is not even 2 years old and has had issues such as multiple 3ft sinkholes in the back yard, leaking pipes behind the walls. Bad AC unit. Etc. Any whom. Because I was lied to about the warranty provided I even have paperwork about “warranty info” given to me by the realtor that says and explains which I have the 2-10. Wrong. The home came with ONLY a

Would recommend that if you ever buy a house with Amy Mace as the selling realtor that you add an addendum for the house to be professionally cleaned and all trash/belongings be removed from the property. She allowed her customer to leave a $500,000 house in appalling condition. Two weeks in and we are still cleaning up their messes. When she was contacted she responded with “I’m embarrassed “ because she knew it was bad. She made no attempt to make it right. She even allowed them to destroy things like the rain gutter chains after our showing. Very unprofessional!!
