Brenda Anderson has managed our four rental properties for several years. She is ALWAYS proactive and responsive and we sincerely value her judgement and advice. When we have tenant turnover, Brenda always seems to have people lined up ready to move in, and we usually have just one or two vacant weeks between tenants. Tenant screening has been excellent. We have had ZERO late rent payments in the 6 years we have worked with EverStar. When something goes wrong, Brenda presents options so that we can confidently decide whether to repair or replace. I called about a rental at 710 Van Giesen. I was told to fill out an application but they wouldn't charge me unless the first person who applied backed out and would call me first. I also asked about the credit check, I was told it was a soft pull. 3 days later.. I was charged the application fee and they did a hard pull on my credit. Which stays on there for 2 years. I havent heard from anyone at Everstar Realty. I have called Joanne left a message on the 13th. Not one phone call or any response. This is beyond unprofessionalism. I wouldn't recommend this company

We had a great experience renting from Everstar. We were in a townhouse for just a year between our house sale and new house purchase and it was a very pleasant experience. 1) The place was very clean and nicely kept. 2) They helped us get permission from the owners to allow our cat, even though there were no pets allowed. 3) The office staff was always great to work with. 4) If there were ever maintenance issues, they took them seriously and got people out there right away. We owned a 4 plex in Kennewick for 7 years, and their property managment of our place was fantastic, and reasonable!! I received an offer of employment in another state that had a very tight deadline. We had to quickly decide whether renting my house was feasible and I called three companies, one never called back, one left a single unintelligible voicemail and never followed up, and then there was EverStar! I cannot say enough good things about how skillfully they helped us achieve our goals!
