SVN Retter and especially Ben Murphy have been extremely attentive to our real estate holdings in the Tri-Cities. We purchased a building in Kennewick that Ben was managing. We bought another in Richland that Ben is managing now as well. Timely reports and expertise in the market!

I have worked with Debbie Pfeifer for years now as she has managed several of my properties. She has been proactive about issues, and open to different solutions. She is very good with communication and will also address small concerns adequately and autonomously. Her attentions to the property are reasonable and well executed.
Debbie is not my only property manager, but she is one of the best. I recommend working with her if you would like your property to be treated well, the tenants to be treated fairly, and the peace of mind that the property is competently being cared for.

We had a great experience with SVN as tenants over the last couple of years. Alan was been very responsive to all issues that needed to be addressed, which we appreciated. The owner of the home we were renting listed it for sale, and Alan and Amanda were very helpful assisting us in finding another place to live. We'd highly recommend SVN!

We loved the house from the start and it even got upgrades while we were living there. All communication was open, easy and honest. So refreshing!
