Jason and Jennifer are an excellent team. They are very skilled at negotiating for their clients and getting them the most value for the money while purchasing a home. They are also excellent at marketing listings and making sure their client’s homes are front and center in the marketplace. The other nice thing is, because they are both part of the same team, if one is not available, it is possible to contact the other in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work Phipps Team!

Jason & Jennifer Phipps are by far the best realtors in the state of Washington. Not only are they the best at finding your dream home, they are also the best at getting you top dollar and sometimes more than top dollar for the home you need to sell.

From early in the morning to late in the evening we were able to see many homes all over the Trip Cities within our schedule and within moment's notice at times. From start to finish they left no questions unanswered and even gave us guidence and recommendations of who to use for many aspects of home care. The selling and buying or our homes was beyond pleasure because of all the help we had from Jason and Jennifer. We look forward to Future purchase with them 😊!
