Four years ago a neighbor recommended Adanalian Property Management to my wife and I. Adanalian have been managing our rental property ever since. I can absolutely say without reservation that we are totally pleased with the awesome service that Adanalian provides. We have moved out of town and never have to worry about our property because Adanalian does such a wonderful job of managing our property. We highly recommend Adanalian Property Management.

Had to give one star in my review, would rated "0" if I could. Horrible dealing with this company. First off, they lied about communications between me and the landlord they were representing. They withheld rent payments from the landlord. They did not disclose the "move out" policies that they demanded from me, (the renter) and disclose my receipts and completion of said agreement to the landlord. Bad, bad work!

This by far is the best management property I’ve ever been with. 2 years and more if I could! They work with you which makes life so much easier. They seriously UNDERSTAND and value their residents! Shout out to the landlord Jerry who is a phenomenal individual! Shout out to Rose who is super kind, shout out to Nick, and shout out to Chelsea! Critical: Professionalism
June 3, 2021 we reported that our A/C stopped working. On July 1,2021 it still had not been fixed. I informed Adanalian we would be withholding rent until repairs were made, as was our legal right. They responded with an eviction notice. Their behavior was illegal and incompetent. Avoid them.

I have had the pleasure of being with Adanalian for a little over 5 years! They make being solo away from family so much easier and stress free. I never have to worry when anything happens- I know I can call Rose and she will have someone out the same day. The staff at Adanalian Property Management are great! They are very responsive and helpful. I am a new renter so I was very nervous and unsure about how to go about things but they were very informative during the whole process.
Since moving in I needed some repairs and they have been nothing but helpful and followed up with what needed to be done. I felt like I was bothering them with all these requests, but they have been very professional. Everyone I have worked with has been respectful and understanding. If you have doubts about renting with them, don't! They have been great!

I had a home listed with another local company for six weeks. Not only was it almost impossible to reach them (only communicated via email with me!) but they never had one single interested party....or so they claimed! The Adanalian team was always “present” and communicated with me regularly. And they had over 15 showings and rented the home in ONE week! Definitely recommend them!

Adanalian Property Management is the worst experience I've ever had trying to rent a house in California. They are only interested in application fees which can't be paid in any other form than cash, should have been the first red flag. They did not bother to check any of the information I provided even with $70 in application fees. When I called and requested the specific reason for my applications disqualification they could not provide any reason until I asked to speak with the owner. Once I was finally connected with Chelsea (not the owner) days later she went on to say that the property owner

I tried to rent my property without the help of a professional property management company. That was a big mistake. The time it took out of my day to deal with potential renters was tiring. The entire process was overwhelming - credit reports, work verification. It became too much to find a good tenant. Thank goodness a friend told me about Adanalian. Within two weeks my property was rented! Thank you Adanalian! Thank goodness that is off my plate!
