We are a family owned and operated independent jewelry store with deep roots in European craftsmanship and tradition. We welcome those from all walks of life with open arms. We are full service jewelers, designers and artists. We have our hands in a hundred projects at once, and our life is a whirlwind of ideas and creative execution.
Our mission is to connect each of our clients with their perfect piece. The world of jewelry has changed and it has become difficult to find that something special in a market filled with the same off-the-shelf items. Pieces that were once custom crafted for the individual are now factory produced for the masses.
Most people leave their old broken jewelry in a drawer somewhere and are too intimidated to have it fixed. Jewelry is meant to convey a feeling towards others, and grant a certain feeling to the one who wears it. So whether it's gold, silver, platinum or even costume, its worth fixing if you love it.

Weiss is an LA institution and for good reason! Over the years I've brought so many pieces to be sized, fixed, adjusted etc. - and the craftsmanship is always top notch and comes at a fair price. The customer service is so friendly and welcoming as well. They also stock an awesome assortment of unique pieces, so it's not unheard of for me to pick up a pendant or ring while I'm there. Even when I moved to OC, I still make my way back to Weiss for any of my jewelry needs - they're the best!!!

Weiss is an LA institution - I’ve been taking pieces to them for sizing, adjustment, repair etc. for a number of years now - even after moving down to OC I still make my way up to my old neighborhood (3rd street) because I know Weiss will provide outstanding craftsmanship at a great price. Besides that, Weiss stocks a broad assortment of jewelry so it’s not unheard of for me to bring in repairs and also leave with a new piece for my jewelry collection. Shout out to Helena who is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for the awesome work, I really appreciate it!!

Update: Must have been a little rough patch before. The work was very good once it was completed and they offered sincere apologies. Subsequently either my wife or myself have used Weiss at least 4 times, and A+ each time, including today when I picked up a ring I had resized, ready a few days early. Weiss Jewelry is simply awesome. I have been there multiple times. I have heard stories about how the store passed down from Mr. Weiss and is still run lovingly by his family. I have used them to repair some family heirlooms, which were accomplished flawlessly. I also had custom jewelry made for my wife and daughter in laws. Daniel is a true artisan. My feelings are so sad and negative when I think of what happen here with my so called custom order jewelry piece. I came here a couple months ago after reading the reviews. I saw from their website they offered a 3D rendering model of the design of the custom made piece so I took my 5 row diamond pave 14k ring and a 14k earrings estimated value of $3000, to have custom made into a bangle bracelet using the stones from my ring. Very long story short, I NEVER received a 3D rendering model of my bracelet, in fact I didn't hear from them at all. When I did go to get my bracelet, it was way TOO

I work in the area and noticed they not only sold and created beautiful jewelry, but also repaired and resized jewelry. I brought my engagement ring in to be resized, thry told me it would be about two weeks due to time taken and people ahead of me.

I cannot say enough about this jewelry store. The owners, Sara and Daniel are intuitive and talented. They worked with us to develop our concept and then Daniel produced two incredible (and soulful) pieces to gift to each other. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. You can tell this is a family jewelers open to all kinds of faiths and families.

So the other day my girl and I went to another Jewerler who we asked if they would simply clean her diamond ring and we were told no way. By the way it was a National Chain who told us no.
We googled Weiss Jewerler an to our surprise not only did they clean our ring but it was at no charge. We will definitely be coming back and they have earned our business for life.

It was such a pleasure working with Sara and Daniel to upgrade my engagement ring and also to design my wedding band.
I already had an engagement ring from a different source, but it felt like it was missing a polished feel, and it was also already falling apart (stones were falling out).
Sara and Daniel listened to my thoughts and made wonderful suggestions. In addition to reinforcing the base so that everything now stays in place, they added delicate details that made all the difference in the overall appearance. We also brainstormed the wedding band which ended up being a perfect fit and addition

I found this place on yelp and definitely left with a smile on my face. I had just purchased an extra band to go with my wedding set but a stone had fallen out
:( . I took it to Weiss and he fixed the setting on the entire ring which was tedious work because ea ch diamond waas being held on by a small thin clasp. I am a very satisfied customer and will be back for routine maintenance and cleaning!

My husband and I wanted custom wedding bands. We searched throughout Los Angeles, meeting with at least half a dozen jewelers. Daniel and Sara were BY FAR the BEST. Daniel and Sara are an amazing team, and run an incredible business. This store is all about a custom experience. My fiance brought in all of our family heirlooms, and a rough sketch of a ring idea, and Daniel made it come to life.
