The ring itself is gorgeous. I have not stopped staring at my ring. Above and beyond this, when my ring production was delayed I received a personal phone call from Jean himself. Not only did they take care of us by open communication they also offered us credit where we were able to get a larger diamond. We were blown away by the access to each member of the team. Jane and Angela were with us every step of the way and so incredibly kind and personable. I would recommend Jean Dousset to everyone.

And the ring - what can I say?! It's probably a safety hazard; we got engaged 6 weeks ago and I still can't stop staring at it. The ring is beyond stunning. I've had strangers stop me in public and say it's the most beautiful ring they've ever seen. I have to agree.
The only sad part is we don't get to see and chat with Jean and Basile anymore!
