Really didn't know how I would like it since it was right next to the freeway and the are is a little sketchy. But no, I had a good stay. The beds were surprisingly good. It was comfortable and the bathrooms well kept. The staff was also very helpful. Definitely worth the price and nothing to worry about staying here. All around a good stay.

I booked a room through Priceline, via an "Express Deal", which means I was unable to choose the hotel directly. Once booked, I looked at the reviews and was horrified to see that there was (and still is) a bed bug outbreak. I contacted the hotel and asked to have my reservation canceled, as well as a refund. I was denied. Priceline was unhelpful as well. The idea that they are forcing people to sleep in bed bug-infested rooms is horrible. I filed a complaint with BBB and the LA County Public Health department.

BED BUG ALERT! I woke up with bites EVERYWHERE. The staff was rude and didn’t express any concern for the fact that they have an infestation. The setup was nice but definitely an illusion as to how dirty everything really is. Putting a microwave and fridge doesn't help mask the fact you guys have BED BUGS.

This is in a pretty sketchy area of town, and you can definitely tell. The staff was pretty friendly, but the maid literally opened my door was when I was napping asking for my towels even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door, and it was locked. I put a chair in front of the door after that. The rooms were okay, they were clean but smelt awful.

This is on of the worst staycations that I have been on. I stayed at the jacuzzi suite for 3 days., and everyday the manager found something to complain about. He acted like this was an Airbnb by making up rules along the way. Since I have been here for the weekend people have drove in and out of the hotel playing loud music that I can hear word for word clearly. He had negative energy from day 1. He even threatened to call the police and I am an African American woman and felt threatened when he said that due to what is going on in the world. I will never come back to this hotel where I payed

The Property Manager plays games with your debit card and auto pays himself when you placed a reservation on an app that clearly states you chose to pay in person and cancels your reservation so he can add only non smoking rooms to the system and then blames the system for the cancellation. There is a $100 deposit for non smoking rooms so if he cancels your smoking room reservation you will have to pay double to stay in a non-smoking room. FOH.

No room deposit required to check in! The rooms are also large and come equipped with 40 inch flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, clothing hangars, alarm clock, AC unit, wooden table and three chairs. WiFi connection is also decent. Bed was also comfy.
My only complaints with this place is that the room had a lingering tobacco odor, dull color combinations and was not thoroughly cleaned - I found hair inside the refrigerator! There were cars outside playing loud music, the surrounding area looks suspect, there is no coffee maker in the room and no clothing iron and iron board

This hotel isn't one of the cheapest in the area but it was definitely the dirtiest I've been to. There were smudge marks on the headboard and the TV wasn't working at all. Despite that I thought that this place was okay until we had an issue with the person working at the desk. I went to run an errand and the person I was with went to put our stuff in the car as we were getting ready to leave. They got confronted by the desk person who said they couldn't be in the room unless I was there and that we had to pay a deposit even though we had already paid for everything when we

The bed felt like I was sleeping on a wooden box. We had a room with 2 beds and 4 ppl on our room and the room only came with 2 sets of towels. We requested more towels and were told to come to the main office to get more towels ourselves. You have to pay 25 cents for ice. The room was $120 for a Thursday night and I would never recommend this place. I stayed in the Welcome Inn next door a month ago and it was more accommodating and $30 cheaper. Mind you, it's a small motel with smaller rooms but their service and comfort level was better.

Horrible experience unsafe and rude front desk beware you will get over charged and when asked about additional unjustifiable charges was yelled at for calling a total of three times with in 3 days i was hung up on and told to stop calling i eventually had to go thru my credit union to dispute charges which is still under investigation up to 90days nasty room really not worth $280 way better places

This is literally the worst hotel I've ever been in my life. The person at the desk literally discriminated against me in my face. A Caucasian person in front of me wasn't charged a $100 fee that was charged for a non-smoking room. He then turned to me and said I would need to pay the same $100 fee he waived for the customer before me. I said why do I have to pay and he doesn't..... he cut me off continually and called me stupid, and that I don't know what I'm talking about!!! Really? Yes bed was clean and nice TV. I had to fix the toilet so it could flush, room smelled like pee, noisy outside and could hear xouple next to me and upstairs. Sirens all night long...not a safe nor a quiet neighborhood. DEFINITELY not a place for single female as myself. Shoulda spent a few more dollars and gone to a nicer chain. Management was nice...behind bulletproof glass. Coffee and tea are in office only. Good TV, lots of channels.Used it to drown out noise.

The prices are just right and they sell out fast so I have to reserve a room early to guarantee I'll have one... Right off ( & I mean RIGHT OFF ) the freeway exit, at first we were thinking what did we get ourselves into but turned out to be just fine
Parking was tight & every spot was taken so we ended up parking along the curb
Rooms were quiet & bare basics. Towels were like sandpaper; beds were okay; free wifi but given we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, we were treated right & especially for the price. A-OK
