They bear no responsibility. We arrived late one night due to covid. Additionally, we called ahead and requested that our reservation be rescheduled. They accepted and stated that a one-night penalty would be applied, but when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist refused to give us a room and would not allow me to speak with the management. Additionally, they charged us for one night. I strongly advise against staying here. You can easily find lower-priced accommodations at other top-star hotels in Los Angeles.

The hotel is nice - the lobby bar staff were very friendly. The front yard restaurant is busy but has a good selection.
When I stayed this last time there was a small mixup with my reservation which the front desk staff took care of promptly. The only minor inconvenience was that one of the two elevators was out of service for the duration of my stay which made for long wait times between other guests and the hotel staff who needed to get around.

I loved staying at the Garland hotel. Maybe I've just been staying at too many Airbnbs lately, but I forgot how good it can be to stay in an actual hotel, and a nice one at that. As we were driving through Burbank and then Studio City, I was unimpressed with the surrounding neighborhood. Then I caught a glimpse of some decorative lights and I said out loud "Oh wow that building is really beautiful." Then I realized this is where we would be staying and I was very happy.

Was pleasantly surprised at how good and spacious the rooms are as t this hotel. Large bed, big spacious room, clean modern bathroom, cute little red fridge and a huge TV made for a very comfortable stay here. Only negative call out here would be the loud talking, sometimes shouting, that you will here from the other folks on the same floor, while they walk up and down the corridor or near the elevator.
The coffee/hot chocolate vending machine and the flavoured water dispenser in the lobby are fantastic.
Also this hotel charges the guests $10 for parking, which I found weird and had not seen

Best hotel ever! Husband and I have stayed here a handful of times now. The rooms are always really clean, service is great, and the amenities are amazing!
Their pool is clean and a fun spot to hang/tan with a walk up pool bar available to order drinks and food. They also have a gym and even a laundry room available for use.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was planning a trip to Los Angeles to attend multiple concerts, the hotel was close to the stadium, and was the only cheap one available, I read that it didn't have breakfast but the price of $561 for 4 nights seemed reasonable. Once arrived, the lobby it seemed nice, they had a good coffee machine and the customer service was okay. They told us we would have to pay $10 a night for parking, which we agreed. Once we got to our room, a horrible stench of old grandma and old dust came out of the room, a horrid smell that stayed every day we were
