Alexandros Tserkezis came to America from Northern Greece in 1977. He brought with him original recipes from a variety of Mediterranean regions. It is these original sauces, seasonings, and marinades that influence our signature dishes. Roman Castle has been serving fresh, mouth-watering American and Mediterranean cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner since 1995.

Tonight, me and my spouse went for dinner, we both ordered the spaghetti and meat ball dish.
We waited an hour for the main dish and when we received the food it was cold. The sauce tasted like cold tomato paste. Service was horrible, and people that arrived after us were receiving their meals before use. The waitress for got a side order even. I recommend going to McDonald's like we did, yes we left the food but still paid. The cheese burgers were way better then the spaghetti dinner at RC. The waitresses definitely did not know what they were doing. Never again will we go there or refer people

The food was very good, the service was friendly & welcoming, although the kitchen appeared to be short staffed cause the food took a bit to arrive. The breakfast platters & skillet dishes were delicious & decent portions. The pasta dishes were well liked. This appears to be the place favored by locals & businesses people to frequent for breakfast & lunch.

We decided to order out dinner tonight. We have patronized Roman Castle a number of times and usually had good experience! Tonight definitely NOT by far!. Kristie Leonard wanted a combo appetizer platter which… was extremely overcooked, potatoe skins were cremated, onion rings and others over cooked to point of barely and cheese in mozzarella sticks. I ordered a Butger and fries and the lettuce was old rotting and disgusting and fries were way undercooked. Let’s just say inedible and food was thrown out. Called immediately spoke to a female (Cassandra) I believe and told her our displeasure

Our waiter was great! Very friendly! I asked if their Cherry Coke was “real” Cherry Coke or Coke with Grenadine… he looked at me like I was crazy 😂😂 I know some places claim they have the real deal and try to… trick you! When he brought back the drink he said “Here is your real Cherry Coke” I’m glad I could make him laugh with my fear of grenadine! 🤮 Portions were great we definitely ordered to much food but were able to take some home with us for late night munchies. Prices were great for the portions as well. I do think the name
