Services
With more than twenty-five years in education, Maureen Fried set out to create a pre-school where young children would receive a high quality and enriched educational experience and where their parents could become active partners and participants in the educational journey of their children. Today's parents shoulder enormous responsibilities and demands on their time in order to provide the best for their children.
A school's philosophy sets the standards by which the school performs its functions. At Partners in Learning, our philosophy has been developed through years of successful and dedicated commitment to the education of young children. We express our philosophy with C.A.R.E. Our teachers are committed to preparing our children for their educational journey.
Our school hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Classes begin at 9a.m. We want all our children to receive the full benefit of their education at Partners In Learning so please arrange your schedule in the morning to have your child in his/her class by 9a.m. A delicious morning snack is served at 8:30a.m. so children can come together and have something to eat before they begin their school day.
Harcourt Education is a Global Education Company that serves children from pre-school to grade 12. At Partners In Learning, we utilize the Preschool and Kindergarten portion of this curriculum as it filters into most of the surrounding school districts in our area. Some of the subjects that our children learn about are Phonics, Math, Social Studies, and Science.
At Partners In learning, we implement inclusion as part of our daily curriculum. This means that no children are discriminated against no matter what their needs might be. We believe that all children should be given optimal consideration as unique individuals. By communicating with the family, the extended family, and additional resources, we design programs to accommodate the child's specific needs.
