Terrible experience. Filled out patient and family history forms, seen doctor recommended surgery to correct issues. Office never bothered to review patient history, discussed history with doctor she apparently never had them check history or request anything from other specialists. Pr-op testing all completed, registration all completed, called to check status of covid results and arrival time for next day 9 weeks later for surgery to be told he has to now see cardiologist. Yet all in his history states he has heart condition and discussed with provider. Now they can't get info in time for procedure

Very bad. Called in and told them that my insurance was changed but they still called my old insurance and I had to pay 130 for it. So I called them and told them about the situation and they said they will take it off. But 2 years later they mailed me a bill saying that I still own 130. Called them back but this time they said they had no clue and will not refund me my money.
