The worst place I have lived and the worst place I have spent time in, including every other apartment/housing my friends have lived in.
Don't bother taking photos when you move in, they will dictate what they would like to charge you when you move out. They will sooner ruin your credit than actually answer questions on it. They will ignore direct requests. Do not trust the one they show off to you when you tour. They will assign you an apartment that has faulty electric, floods, and has doors that do not actually close and/or lock. The will not follow up on maintenance requests; if it&apos

The only positive is that its initially cheap. They try to get as many fees in as possible in beginning of your lease and at the end of it. No airflow or AC in the apartments so its hot till about 2am every night in the summer with the windows open. Other than one person that works there, I've had an awful experience with everyone else. The maintenance people are lazy and took half a day hanging out in my apartment to fix one light fixture. They brought in more people and were talking it up and messing around with our cat for most of the day. Lots of homeless people lurking and there has been

RUN! The price is cheap, you will pay in the end. From stolen items and lost packages to assigned roommates that were not students, the place is edgy.
And when it comes time to leave, do not bother to clean. it will make no difference. After two years, I helped my son leave it as clean or cleaner than at move in, these maggots still wanted more money.

Stadium park is by far the best place I have lived at. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were always great to work with. Been here for 2 years and have already renewed my lease for the next year. I really couldn’t imagine living anywhere else especially after some of the horror stories I have heard from friends. Told them about stadium, and they now love it here too. Highly highly recommended.

I lived here for three years, and loved it. However, I have brought up several times in two different years that i had no help cleaning and the carpet was tearing apart for no reason. I received no help or relief and I know no other roommates were charged for the mess they left. Once i moved out, they’re trying to charge me an outstanding fee for items i have sent maintenance requests for, and I even told them who is responsible for the items destroyed, but I’ve been ignored and it feels really unfair how things have been handled. I did love my time there, but this really negatively impacted

This was the worst place I've lived in my 8 years of living on my own. When I moved in, everything was dirty and they failed my move in inspection. When I moved out they said I failed their inspection! How can I fail everything, when it was already dirty to begin with? They charge you mandatory cleaning fees and this place is so gross.
During the pandemic they offered deferred rent, which is not helpful at all. Further they encouraged us not to do it because of the risk of getting behind in rent.
I got out of here as fast as I could. I've never lost a security deposit before, but it is clear

It wasn't a bad place to live overall. It's very affordable with a lot of amenities. However, I am giving a three star rating because of the ridiculous cleaning fees I was charged upon move out. I felt I went above and beyond in my deep clean. I pulled all the appliances (washer, dryer, stove, fridge) out and cleaned behind and under each of them. There were several inches of dust behind the fridge. It definitely had not been cleaned for several years. I left the apartment better than I found it but was still charged $178 for cleaning. I was charged $45 for tack holes. I asked at the beginning

Stadium park is a money hungry monster. All they want is money. People at the office have a high self esteem, but they don´t relize they work for Stadium park. Appliances probably older than I am. If it breaks down good luck on getting it fixed. Lucky for you they will mow the lawn and blow the leafs at 7 am Saturday. Thank god for these people. Thank you Stadium park. I can´t express how fun this stay was!

Obviously most of the amenities were not available because of COVID, but rent was not adjusted to account for that. Areas are not well patrolled, we had a fight break out between homeless people trying to both steal from our dumpster. The close out charges for an apartment with no damages was almost another month's rent, so be aware that they will try to gouge you for hundreds of dollars when you leave. They also hit us up for more money every cold month since if you run the heaters they will pass the costs onto you. Oh, and no AC so in hot months so if you're going to be there in the summer prepare

I lived in multiple communities in Eugene and this place without a doubt is the absolute best choice. Not only is it incredibly reasonably priced, but the people who work in the leasing office genuinely care about you. This is very rare to find. I felt very unsafe when I lived in downtown Eugene and it was a night and day different experience living in Stadium Park. From the first day I moved in - Paula a lady who works there welcomed me with a huge smile and even went out of her way to help me move my things to my apartment. This is what you call staff being genuinely kind. In a world of fake

The price is intriguing. By far the lowest I found when looking for an apartment. However, I do NOT recommend this place if you can find something else. When we moved in, things were broken, the toilet was not even attached to the ground. In addition, we weren't informed of the new animal moving into our apartment when our random roommate moved in causing one of my roommates to have an allergic reaction (pets aren't an issue, but my understanding of the lease states all roommates have to be aware). Lastly, when I moved out, I owed a small amount of money. I was informed I would be contacted

I lived here for 4 years because when I moved to Eugene for my undergrad, it was the most affordable place that allowed pets and it was fully furnished, which worked perfectly for me at the time. As time went by, my experiences got worse and to the point that when I moved out, I was glad to leave. There were receptionists who were incredibly rude… towards me and I even had one of them let her dog lunge at my service animal merely because she (my cat who is my service animal) was sitting in the grass right off my porch. The rent kept going up to almost $800 a month for a two bedroom apartment

Stadium park is greedy and does not care about its residents. Most of the appliances in our apartment did not work and even after being "fixed" continued to be faulty. They woke me up so much with loud leaf blowers and lawn mowers outside my window at 8am, like why? they could have them come at any other time during the day. Yet they still took… forever to fix our appliances which is way more important to me than the grass outside. I never felt safe during my time living here, my roommate was aggressive towards me and when I contacted the office to complain there was nothing done about it

Stadium park workers said that during the virus pandemic if we don't put our apartment number on our amazon orders, then our packages will get delivered to the lobby for us to pick them up. I was expecting an amazon package sent from my mom that apparently got delivered last Saturday. Amazon didn't include the apartment number, which I didn't realize until I came back home and went to get my mail and she texted me. I went to the lobby today and all of a sudden they don't take packages anymore. Like what the heck, stadium park. Thanks to you, my package is lost. Thanks for your

The poll asked Would you like Stadium to lower rates or freeze April’s rent? and 88% said yes but Stadium Park choose not to do anything and instead ignore and block the page. The Corona Virus is world wide… pandemic that caused many to lose their jobs, but Stadium doesn’t care at all for the renters. It will still charge you the same over priced amount even during a pandemic.

The fact that every yelp review here is 1 star really shows you that this is a terrible apartment complex. Here in 2018 there are way better options than Stadium Park. I have lived here for 3 years, and it has been 3 years of problems. First year, my car was hit and ran causing over $2,000 worth of damage. Since they have terrible security (literally an out of shape guy walking around the parking lot on his phone), and no security cameras, the guy was never caught. Furthermore, my 4 bedroom was disgusting and worn out.
Second year, I moved into a 2 bedroom with my roommate. Place was ok, but a
