My daughter has being here for over 3 yrs and she loves going and learning more everyday, they also have fitness challenges which i did and lost 21 pds in 90 days, the classes are so fun and everyone is so nice it's like working out with family.Great space for training. My action film team uses it to rehearse our scenes and we couldn't have found a better place!

I came to Poise to help my child become more disciplined and the structure and support helps your child become just that in a friendly, loving and professional way. I enjoy coming to Poise weekly and watching my child be presented with different challenges and being able to overcome them with the guidance of Sensei Rodrigo and his training team. Sensei Rodrigo is awesome. He has great technique and he knows how to teach. My kids and I learn a great deal from him. The classes run very smoothly, the atmosphere is relaxed, fun, yet professional. This may sound easy to achieve, but i know there is a lot of effort and talant behind the perfect class structure.

Amazing atmosphere. My daughter has been attending this school for just about a year now. She has developed self descipline, respect, and most importantly has an awesome time! Rodrigo, the owner/sensie, has an amazing bond with my daughter and all the children! Cybill, the front desk manager, is very professional and courteous with all the families! If your looking for an environment that will teach your child or even your self, something worth paying for. Then look no further, Poise Martial Arts is the place to go!

Poise Martial Arts is not only a place in which children learn the discipline of martial arts, but it teaches various principles which can be utilized at home or at school. The children are a family of learners and thinkers. They respect, appreciate and encourage each other. The staff is great!! Sensei Rodrigo is a young, vibrant, entrepreneur who has a true passion for what he does and a heart to serve the community. I'm quite impressed with his instruction

I started coming here in May 2016, after learning that Rodrigo (owner, sensei, fitness instructor) was doing a weight loss challenge. I wasn't sure what to expect when I started the classes, if I lost some weight during the process I would have been happy with just that. However, losing weight was just the tip of the iceberg. I gained self confidence, met the most amazing people who pushed me to be a better me, individuals who have became more than just workout buddies, but more like family and friends. Poise Martial Arts and Fitness YOU ROCK!!!!
